  1. Butt was already full
  2. Spotted: White R34 GT (non-turbo), GT-R rims, P plates, half-peeling SAU sticker - just a touch after 8 this morning I think, GDE turning onto Belconnen way.
  3. I performed another vanishing act on bread.
  4. And probably hit (and exceeded) your fat intake for the day Sounds like something I'd make though, just without the tasty cheese. I'd add mushrooms or spinach however
  5. Masturbate more
  6. And yellow, lol. And probably some red on some slart's lips.
  7. Richard never fails to disappoint hahaha
  8. lol, PM sent awaiting lulzy reply along the lines of "fark off newb" hahaha
  9. Not sure about the others. Can buy glutamine and taurine from that same website, but I'm not sure what Terry means by "as a peptide"
  10. Alcohol by definition is a depressant. Why anyone thinks it's a good way to "fix" emotional problems is beyond me. Also what TTR34 said above^^ However I wouldn't recommend phenibut for this, ESPECIALLY if it works. Phenibut is easily addictive, and if you take it more than once or twice every now and then, you'll find yourself in a MUCH worse place than you're in now. Withdrawals likened to benzos like Xanax, or opiates like heroin (obviously in more serious abuse cases).
  11. MY point was that I never even bothered trying, so in fact I DON'T know
  12. LOL ^^^ While personally I concur with that advice, I wouldn't so bluntly suggest it however if the OP isn't overly against it and has a means of trying it, it'd definitely be worth trying just once. MJ can still impose negative effects on your mental well-being, as well as on your physical health. That being said, of everything my housemate has taken to combat his condition(s), marijuana has been the least tolling in any way.
  13. And I'm sure he put in a decent amount of effort to do it haha...but only for a small patch, and alas as you said it would need to be waxed afterwards to keep it that way for more than a couple of weeks....and even then, the wax coat would need to be maintained
  14. But no seriously - mushrooms
  15. haha nah I didn't mean to have a go at you there, was more or less in jest I bitch out of certain things from fear of pissing off my already munted back too lol f**k the treadmill to hell. I just hit the stupid cross-trainer/elliptical thingy. No impact damage to your knees and ankles
  16. I know nothing about how hard it is to make my car look nice, as the 33's paint was that bad there was no point even trying imo
  17. Terry would know much more about it, but my understanding is something to do with cardio exercise causes your body to get rid of cortisol or cortisone, and abusing your muscles "causes endorphin release" or something. Don't use minor injuries/ailments as an excuse to slack off either
  18. 490rwkw....obscene result Stao, well done! Definitely crack that 500rwkw with the right cams I reckon
  19. Oh also, as mentioned above - avoid any kind of medication if possible. First and foremost try some decently strenuous exercise - both cardio and weights. This might not help as much as it does for some, but will still make you feel a bit better for a day or so at least. Plus, unlike modern medications, exercise only really comes with positive side effects (unless you injure yourself )
  20. Psilocybe cubensis. inb4 goon squad having a go at me for suggesting "illicit drugs". Tryptamines work wonders for my housemate's bipolar and anxiety, though in recreational doses he experiences a crash and dip in the weeks following. Sub-psychedelic doses of mushrooms still have a positive effect, essentially nullifying the issues. Marajuana helps him plenty too, though occasionally triggers minor paranoia - so can be hit and miss.
  21. All on the books of course But yeah, short answer: Kim's work was amazing, however I'd still never trust anyone with my car (well, when I had the 33) short of a mechanic who deals with performance cars every day. I'm fairly sure in the entire time I owned my 33, the only people who took it for a drive that I know of were Paul from Autotech and Chris from Inline. Glenn/boys from ESP may have when it was being tuned etc, but yeah...I hate the idea of anyone driving my car, especially when it hasn't had bitch-limits put on the ECU
  22. They made my paint look brand new, better than any car I've ever seen outside of a showroom. Anyone who ever got to see the paint on my 33's roof and boot lid will know that's some serious work lol...though unfortunately it didn't last (of course).
  23. No idea honestly, lol....he used to have a 380, but over the last few weeks sold that and got something for his girlfriend.
