In my experience, Internet Explorer is the least responsive and most resource hungry browser of all time. Runs like an absolute heap of shit anywhere I've used it ---> install Chrome ---> everything works like a dream.

Yeah I completely understand, unfortunately. lol. So I'm doing the world's greatest shave again this year to raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation. Last year I managed to raise just over $750, so this year I'd like to see if I can better that... To add some incentive here, I've decided on 2 bonus points: If I raise more than $750, I'll go over my whole head with a razor to take it right back to the skin; If someone donates more than $50 (by at least a few bucks, don't be cheap f**kers and donate $51), they will be allowed to draw on my scalp in permanent marker. I won't wash it off for at least a week. Designs WITHIN REASON!! I do have to go to work still, so it can't be anything offensive - ie no penises etc lol. Other than that, I pretty much don't have any restrictions on what you can draw on me. Remember, these donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE!! Meaning at the end of the financial year, you get most of it back! Don't worry, Leukaemia Foundation sends out an email tax invoice to all those who donated online reminding them of this. For those of you who know what I look like, I usually have short hair anyway....however believe me, after seeing myself last time with no hair on my head....I looked like an absolute clown lol. I hate OHP exercises, unless they're clean+press....why don't you do them at all out of interest? I'd like to justify not doing them lol...happy to replace them with T-bar rows.

This is true lol. Gonna go back to a simplified routine as well for a little while, just don't have patience to deal with 5 different exercises per session now that the gym is full of new-year resolution clowns. Squats, deadlifts, bench press, OHP, pull ups.

73kg bodyweight. Have completely and utterly ruined myself over Christmas though. Not at all happy right now lol

Given the subject at hand is all a matter of opinions, I don't even need any more than that I really just don't like the rear end of a 32, particularly the spoiler. 33 GTS-T looks meh, but the GT-R imo is tough.

haha, I should add I haven't managed to lift 170kg by the way!! Most I've locked out is 165kg. Have recently reset weight and doing 4 sets of 5 reps. Currently on 135kg, stepping up 2.5kg each session.

I remember the days I was sure I needed straps for 120kg even with alternate grip... Now the weight that causes grip failure is 170kg lol

S1 bars ARE hideous...got offered an M-spec bar that hasn't been thrown up for sale yet for $300...but it's also f**king gross lol

It helps stop the bar from rolling out of your grip
