faulty VSS will only blow white smoke when engine is cold, once engine is warm, the exhaust will be fine again, if it is blowing white smoke, don't buy it, look at another car.

Thanks frx026 for clearing up this issue, so i'm able to be less paranoid then... Recently (when i still had my supra), was on a supra cruise, then at the hoddle/victoria st intersection, there's this right turn arrow that is variable, in the afternoon, it lets about 8 to 10 cars pass, but that night it only let 4 cars, out of habit, i went past, not realising the light had turned, but another car next to me went forward to, we both got flashed, but its been 3 or so months and still no letter, i'm guessing it works the same for redlight cameras too?
