yeah gonna hav to replace my POd anyway, i just put in a fmic yesterday so im defective at the moment,, the intercooler makes a nice flutter tho ,, got a standard bov as well

yeah I know,, i usually nod when driving past another guy in a 33, and if i come up to the lights i check the other car out n stuff, but the other drivers dnt even wanna look my way lol, its like they notice im there for a sec, and they get ready to race. Maybe its not the drivers, but the othr ppl in the cars that tell them to do stupid stuff

Yes it does both, my car used to misfire at idle like mofo, and up above 500rpms, after i changed the spark plugs to platinums and changed the coils, it ran beautifully..But if u gonna change the coil packs,have the taped up or covered in silicon gel so no spark escapes from little hair line cracks. Either that or get splitfire coils and u wont regret it chrrrz Ben

Yeah u got it for $50 shipped. Im sure coz I had it in my car and the garage i took it to said it charged normally.. and yeh it spins smoothly so no probs with the pulley. I just took it out coz I decided to recondition the old one i had, coz i thought it was the battery drain problem that i had, so while it was overhauled i used this one for 2 days, and took it out. the drain ended up being something else,,but yeh, i can go to the post office and check how much shipping would be and get it off to u then? cheers Ben

Yes the Iac valve will fix ur hunting idle..the misfire would be a coil pack issue

I hear ya, soon as cops see 4 red lights, they start hunting lol. also just wanna ask something,, I got a fmic installed today, but still got a pod filter on the car. would it be a good idea to start looking for a stock air box now? I mean it looks pretty stealthy, I havent cut a massive hole in the front bumper, and the side holes of the m spec bumber have dark mesh covers. I kno, if a cop opens my bonnet he will definately notice the cooler. Why it is a defect anyway?

hey man i got the same problem, i got a boost guage and even before boost i hear it sucking and it doses wen i let the accelerator,,dunno wats wrong?

u tried taping the coils up with electrical tape? that stops sparks escaping out of small hairline cracks on ur coils at high rpms.my series 1 always used to do that, i tape it up,,redline beautifully.either that or try using series 2 coil packs coz theyre different,, good luck chuck cheers ben
