  1. hey everyone. Im trying to figure out if this is a fuel problem or not. while driving around if i am just cruising and accelerate i notice my afrs bounce from stoich up to 16-17 and then back to stoich, if i let off it fluctuates to 13 and back up. when i shift from first to second. first is fine but shifting into second there is a hesitation at low rpms. also, when im in wot, my afrs actually stay around 14 and as it approaches redline it starts to get richer. my car is fairly stock. pod filter, split dump, 3" all the way back to the cannon with decat. plugs at .8 gap. emanage ultimate running only boost cut to prevent R&R stock actuator now, was overboosting with r32 actuator. only reason i have the emanage there was because it back fired like no tomorrow at wot over 4K rpm and going into R&R. iv noticed, recently that while driving my car smells like fuel. (while windows are down) but i figured this as to do with there being no more cat. cause it started at the same time. there are no leaks anywhere. just had timing belt and waterpump usual 100k service and replaced fuel filter aswell. i have on order a walbro pump cause i figured i should swap out the stocker anyway. tell me what you guys think. thanks! -William

So i know they are similar and i heard the same thing from different sources about both. that both could work. im just wanting clarification on which one for sure as i want to order it like, yesterday. thats all. is one better than the other. i think the only different is the position of the filler neck/sock end,, correct me if im wrong. thanks! -Will

  5. what temperature grade of tape did you use? what brand?
  6. Glad to see your alright and have had a possible outcome on it. Out here they try to screw you left right and center about jdm and RHD cars and the value of them here is only about half what you got back. happy to see insurance couldnt screw another person and that you 2 werent permanently injured.
  7. So if Thats the case should I just ignore the only colored wired.. So ignore the orange one and just match the pin outs ? I have the chart I was just wanting to make sure
  8. just thought i would let you guys know. i installed 2.32 and started from fresh and everything works fine now
  9. If you ditch it you will loose power down low through the midrange... It's not worth it just for looks
  10. Has anyone seen this one before. I can't find details on this particular wire combo 1 big white 1 small white with black dot 2 small black 1 small orange Can someone tell me what each is. Its going into an rb25. I did search. Just have yet to see this configuration. Most iv found were 4 wire. Thanks -Will
  11. I'm kinda surprised that there's not more effort in improving a product that still sells and that is quite widely used still. Hasn't been around all that long either. Well compared to say power fc.

  13. i bought my tires from them. but im from canada so shipping came to like 50 or something really resonable. their prices are quite good and there customer service is great. shipping to aus may be pricy though.

  16. i'll post the links to my data log and what my car was doing. i think i need to start from scratch. set everything back up as if it was the first time. I had enough issues with v220 and getting my car to run. one thing that i had with my setup was the car wouldnt run right with the settings at stock value for injectors so i have to play with the injector settings up until it would run normal. what are stock injectors? 370 or something. i think i had to set mine at either 440 or 550 or something. i think it was whatever the gtr stock injectors were. anyway i will go through it all whenever i get my car back. i was really interested in this update. was liking the fact that autotune was going to work properly on it own. (watch in 720p so you can read it)
  17. My s1 has 5 belts, not sure if ive stuck 3 back there ever haha
  18. i updated mine to 2.30. and it shat itself the next day. it would idle fine and drive. but when i put my foot down more than half way it would sputter and not rev, so i did the same at the moment, went back to stock for now. I'll figure it out when i get my car back from my mechanic. I have a feeling that the update changed something slightly and the car didnt like it. yea i know, thats not a big help and a very big guess. but its all i have. i'll let you know what i find out.
  19. I sorted it out kinda. It was an emanage issue. I'm back on the stock ecu. Not sure what happened :s. I checked everything all day and ruled most things out. Its been a long frustrating day!
  20. alright so new video. (your going to have to watch it in 720p to make the readout legible.) its a datalog from my emanage ultimate. i went and took a look at my afm. everything appears normal, sprayed the sensor. taped it a few time while running. made no difforence. in the video it seems to be reading air normall and as you can see i can rev through the range until put my foot down. im going to check my coils and plugs next, swap my extra ignitor. i dont have a afm reading as i havent gone through my wiring for my WB. thats all next. let me now what your oppinions are. thanks!
  21. as far as i know everything is normal, and yea. my exhaust sound has always been a bit different for a 33
  22. this started happening yesterday, car is drivable if im gentle but if i put more than half throttle this happens. thanks -Will
