yes the driver is the biggest difference in fuel consumption. about the engine braking, wouldn't it wear out the clutch most of all? Unless its auto of course lol. and if you double clutch to save clutch wear, theres the lil bit of fuel used to get the engine revs up to match the lower gear... Surely its not much fuel but i wonder how much it would affect the overall consumtion?

Yes! the illumi wire does dim the unit when the lights are on. works a treat!!

Yes it has USB, it isnt so good because its at the front and has the "Generic Camera Plug" on the face of the sterio, they give you the adaptor cable with it... I havn't even tried out the bluetooth... and the map on it is well up to date, i havn't tried to update it yet. and it is MUCH quicker than my NAVMAN when it comes to directing you around the place, really quick on getting you back on track when ya miss the turn the restriction to a max of 2GB SD card i would say is the biggest bummer with it, but then again, it was only $470

no probs mate! I put good quality focals in the front, with cheap ebay ones in the rear and fade the music to the front, and have the gps voice out the rear. Sounds really good even without an amp or sub!

6.5 inch round i just removed and replaced in mine, same as in the doors.

There's been a request to see it installed so this is it. The sound quality is great too, i don't have it through running an amp, just through Focal 6.5" fronts, and it still sounds very clear at high volume

So i cheaped out and bourght the cheap HK Ebay one... And i am surprisingly happy with it once i re-arrenged the front speakers to come out of the rear channel and vice versa, it made the GPS SO MUCH better. All in all its certainly no $2000+ 7" GPS Touchscreen Audio Player... but hey, it does the job nicely.

houdini on here bourght a StageA and called them up at dickson and they said that it wasnt necisary to go over the pits at dickson... Me thinks I will call up dickson and find out exactly what i gotta do!
