Epic thread bump, guys

Yep, direct fit and pretty sure R33 fits as well. R34 does fit but the mounting points are a little bit off, can still fit with a bit of work.

Gloss black Cefiros are soo baller!! Those new wheels look tip top, whatever they are. Much better than the Blitz's

I did my front bumper a few years ago with spray cans, my bumper was horrid and I was in the process of sourcing a kit for it, so I just needed a quick fix to take some attention off the car until I got my kit together for proper paint. You'll need the paint code from the chassis plate on your firewall, and the shops can mix it up. It won't be a perfect color match. At the end of the day, it is still acrylic paint though, so don't expect it to stay looking shmick for more than a few weeks before you get stone chips, scratches etc. It does the job if you need a temporary fix, but like Steven said, take it to a panel beater/shop ASAP and they can spray it in 2 pack (which you can't do yourself or at home), it'll look much better and last a million times longer. This was few months later.

The eBay ones don't look too bad, they do insert over the chrome so there isn't much you can do about that but they're a nice fit and they have CEFIRO printed on them. They're better and worse compared to OEM. Better because they go all the way down the front door frame to the side mirror, the OEM shields stop short and water gets in down that area when it's raining - kind of defeats the point if you cant have the windows an inch open when its raining. Worse than OEM because the front and rear shields don't sit flush, they each stop and mold around the edge of the door Pics below.

To remove the clips, wind the window down, pull out the innder door/window seal, then there's 3 screws along the chrome trim piece holding it onto the door, take the chrome trim off and the clips come out with it, then just reinsert the trim, then the seal, then you're done. You can get a set of similar weather shields off eBay. but these are held on with adhesive tape only, no clips. http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-DOOR-Visor-Rain-Guard-NISSAN-MAXIMA-CEFIRO-A31-SEDAN-/180763205681?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a1653a031&vxp=mtr I've got a set of these myself and they're pretty decent, the only thing I don't like is having to re-apply some fresh tape (maybe once every 6-12 months). You'd probably have better luck sticking them on with Sikaflex (or whatever you call it over there). As for OEM parts, I tried to get these from Nissan a few years ago and they couldn't even find the parts in Nissan FAST, when they did eventually find part numbers, they were long obsolete.

A31 Cefiro front weathershields, OEM not aftermarket these use clips and double sided tape. I'm missing one clip, but it'd be very easy to make another one. $50 + shipping A31 Cefiro/C33 Laurel CD player brackets Drifting isn't fun when you spill Fanta all over your favorite pair of pants and your CD player because your cup holder wasn't secured properly. This CAN happen. Don't gamble it. These are $20 + shipping

That's more of just a fan page. I made a group so we could post up parts and ask questions and shit. Groups notify everyone of new content and it's a bit more interactive than commenting on status/pictures. But on that note, that page has put up some killer content.

Sure can. Approved.

Hey guys, I just made this group on Facebook. There's been a few groups pop up lately for parts/swaps etc, so I figured I'd make another just for Cefiros and Laurels. Buy, sell, swap, post your rides, ask questions, whatever. Join here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/398515383582833/ -Nic

Hey guys, I bought these a few years back when I had accumulated credit on my Import Monster account. I think I paid around $20 each for them, chasing $75 for the lot, express posted anywhere in Aus (already got an air bag, just need to fill it out and post it) 3x Cefiro A31 brochures -1x 1988 -1x 1990/1992 (it has a section on AWD models so it has to be one or the other) -1x 1994? 1x Magazine (has the 88 brochure and a bunch of other stuff in there as well 1x Cefiro A32 brochure These are written in Japanese, not English. Engine types, power output, paint codes, etc are all in English though, so it's easy to work out what's what. the series 3 brochure is interesting, the amount of high-tech shit fitted to the last of the A31s is crazy - drink coolers, GPS, in car phone w/ hands free, rear seat air con/heaters, leather seats, 5-stacker

Not really an update but it's officially stripped out now. Got my little brother to help me drop the sunroof this arvo. Stripped out all the doors of their glass, motors, lock actuators, seals etc. The doors are rediculously lightweight without all that crap in them. Had a drama on the last door when I stripped 2 screws holding a door latch in, but drilled them out no worries Gave it a clean (soo much dust!!) for the third time in whatsitnow? 4 years I've owned it? and threw it back in the shed and put a cover over it. Apart from that, not much news on the poor old girl. Found a C33 dash in Japan with suede the same(ish) color as the GT-R seats, so that's on the way with the grille. Sorted out all the little bits and pieces now Got soo much little fiddly crap in my room still but that's semi-organised. Parts like rubber radiator mounts, fuel tank seals, LED globes, switches, etc etc. Finally, changed my mind on the color, I'm set on Millenium Jade or similar color I think it'll match better with white CR Kai's The more green lines the better

Mint C33 Laurel floor mats http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k163238932 look like later model ones too..

Thats for all your running lights/park lights (includes interior/dash lights) and I think that fuse also for the warning lights, tacho etc on the dash cluster. Take that 15A fuse out and use a 10A, wire the guages in somewhere else. The wiring on that circuit is only rated for 10 amps. What I'd do is use one of the currently un-used circuits (phone, ABS, etc) to run the gauges, or make a new circuit running either full time off the ignition, or off a relay that is triggered by that meter circuit.
-
I've also got a C33 dash for sale too. No cluster or cluster surround, no a/c/hazzard/defog/mirror switches surround and no A/C pipes behind the dash (except the ones for the windshield vents) So you'd need to chase down those parts and the laurel foglight switch, clock, etc etc. You can modify Cefiro air con ducting to fit the Laurel dash. $50 + postage

My tape measure has gone walkies....if it comes back I'll go measure it up for you.
