  1. Yeah nah. RB25s have hydraulic lifters which can and do wear out. If your lifters are ticking, it means you're more susceptible to valve float at higher revs. From a power output perspective your output will drop slightly due to the decreased valve lift you're receiving. Injectors don't make the same noise as lifters. And your lifter noise will usually go away with an increase in oil pressure. Rest assured it's not 'fixing itself'.
  2. Makes more sense than buying more of them and f**king them with gay kits and horrible offsets.
  3. Were those gregs rims? If so, nice. Brilliant fitment. Who's anodizing for you? Are you going to get like PMU pads or anything like that, or are you just gonna go bendix? The ultimates that I put into toms gt-r were pretty good, but they probably got nothing on the Project Mu pads.
  4. 10" rims are a bit much for drift. There's a feature on a boso drift MX73 cress on noriyaro. he runs 15x10s i think they are. he had problems with beads popping - not something that'd be much fun if you're intending on being a madflamin mongrel and bashing the edge of the track for extra ceffy love, WITH some nice new rims. Extra offset is what you need for mad dish. and furreals, if ya wanna be different. 15" stockies, professionally welded into 15x8 or 9 or 10" rims, run good quality tyres (tested to have a strong sidewall if you can find out what tyres have been tested for that shit) and over-inflate to buggery to make sure they don't collapse. While you're at Aushakotan, why not add some australian flavour? Make your tyre of choice the almight BFgoodrich T/A. I've always wanted to throw 12-slotters and a set of t/as on my ceffy
  5. Sick Soon I'll be able to do it too. f**kin Magic Nissan boy
  6. Did you break the lever and/ the cable? Or was it simply the boot latch? Nic if you can throw an S13 chassis number into FAST to look for the latch, could you compare it to the cefiro one?
  7. 30psi? Please. Please post vids upon completion. That's entirely too much awesome to miss. On your 30 block, can you post a picture of where you've put the timing belt tensioner stud?
  8. Air leak somewhere perhaps? Also. Straight 5-56 CRC lubricant isn't a great idea.. everything sticks to CRC. proper way to clean an airflow metre is to take it off the car, get CRC Mass Airflow Sensor cleaner. Clean it, let it dry, and put it back on.
  9. Get your downpipe off and put it on a bench. Use a regular ring spanner if you can get the plug through the hole (if not just snip the wires). Use a product "Loctite Freeze'n'Release". Furthermore, don't be a gay -- gibbiter and it'll crack.
  10. easiest thing to do is get underneath and take your downpipe off. get the pipe onto a bench and you can get at it much easier. While you're at it, take out the cat and build a sidepipe. Please? It will amuse us.
  11. I'm going to tape a bucket to your face.. Because you're coming up with gold!
  12. ^^ Granted. I drove a standard R33 gts25t before I bought my car. Not bad, for standard. Comfy as hell. But a backbreaking super-drift ride was too good to pass up. And R33s look nowhere NEAR as good as ceffies, admit it toff
  13. Ironically an R33 I believe. Tales, more specific as to what stickers?
  14. nic. head to Mr Mag dude, I hear they've got a MASSIVE selection new and used.
  15. not even the same shape... and not willing to buy a laurel grille to test.
  16. 2 month dig on something already found-out? 33 driver.
  17. Hahaha.. least you can still say kunts. could be a german word. but seriously... i paid them all up front and they're AWESOME quality... but the muppets who say 'i'll take one' and never get back to me are giving me the shits. I'm willing to drop price if i can move the bastards - i have to move out of my town.
  18. Ya scurvy dog you got me all wrong. I'm not far from perth and would greatly appreciate the business. I'm relocating pretty soon to the smoke so every penny counts. gimme a call on 0459 25 26 30. thanks
  19. Awesome wheel fitment on the ceffy. Makes the VIP rims almost suit it
