What's the Goss on pistons rings and rods at the moment ? I'm looking at JE pistons with carillo rods atm unless somebody stops me. working under the assumption I don't end up needing the stroker kit. Also bearings etc if anyone has any suggestions outside the usual ACL goodness.

Driving an R33 GT-R and 33 Back to back clearly shows the worthiness of the AWD upgrade I think. ETS-PRO while good like the Ruzic unit is still not going to the root issue which is the preload, the speed at which the system operates and of course the vast increase in sample rate.

They work well yes, but you're only ever going to get the system to operate as fast as it's weakest link. I think it could be worthwhile, I am sure someone has done it. Just need to do some dredging. It's funny for how widespread the internet is there is still alot that only exists in the real world and I'm ok with that I think.

You and me both Joe. I will also be using a full race manifold on a built 32 GT-R so I'll just see what state the crank is in when I pull it out as to whether I get a stroker or not. Otherwise I will just rebuild my 26. Should be a quick car.

I've seen that, Usually they are a pretty basic engine with anything more you get charged through the ass for parts and labour Assembly and all the labour bar machining costs me nothing.

Cheers guys, I am leaning towards a stroker because the price I saw for a new crank is about 1500 from JJ and Ebay etc. another 1500 can get me a 2.8/2.9 crank in a kit for about 5000. Unless any of you know a better place to look/have a better idea.
