  10. Ahh I love it all, I couldnt even tell you guys how much ive learnt about Skylines in the last year and a bit coz its sooo damn much my brain hurts. 11. Hello hello!! I just done the online signup!! Woohoo!!! A new member!! "Ive been talking to you guys for long enough now to get to know you all" I was just wondering how I pay you guys the $25?
  12. Well I’ve been watching and adding to the SAUWA forums since Sep 2003 and have got to say that you guys have all been a great help. I haven’t made out that I know everything and you guys have still welcomed me in and have all been a great help in my quest to learn more about Skylines. These forums will always get crazy-weird people dropping in creating havoc but if you’re a true enthusiast then you will look past these posts and see that the WA section is filled with great people who are all helping each other. On the topic of age, I have no problem with young people entering these forums at all. I’m not exactly the oldest guy in the world myself. Yeah you will find more young people asking stupid questions... They do that because they are learning, the more stupid questions they ask the smarter they will be when they get older. These young people are interesting in Skylines and let’s not forget why these forums are around, for people who like Skylines. More and more people are getting Skylines a few people have said… Sure that can be a bad thing for some because what you thought was a small group of crazy Jap car owners is getting a little bigger, but is it really that bad? The huge drop in the cost of parts over the last 5 years is due to the increase in popularity. The more people with Skylines the bigger the SAUWA community will grow, the more knowledge and experienced people we will get. Well I’ve said my bit and I’m now a keyboard warrior. I’m going to go and become a member now and I will see you all at a BBQ, Coffee shop or any other of the great events this SAUWA community has. - Adam

  17. $500 - $600 a tyre// owwwch!
  18. I agree with ReVN211, these forums are alot better than other ones and the SAU TEAM Members / mods do a great job at cleaning up the crap when it gets posted. I personly think more time should be spent on getting to know new people in the forum, they are the people that will keep the forum going for years to come.
  19. I worked at Westside Car Audio in Perth WA for a few years and my advise is to face your subs towards the back of the boot " takes up alot of room but hey" the bigger the box the lower the bass, the smaller the box the more punchy the bass, so if you like Drum and Bass you would get a 12" or bigger and put it in a big box, if you like Techno/anything you would put it in a slightly smaller box. I fitted 2 x 12"s into an R33 one time, faced them towards the back, bridged down 2 about 2ohms, Dont know if you can even get them anymore.. 12" Earthquake MAGA series subs, chew around 500RMS each but can take a load more! Well anyway we found that the skylines respond better if the subs face backwards. Over 138db without a proper tune isnt that bad in a R33 PM me if anyone wants some help. PS: Ported boxes are designed to give you a lower bass however they reduce your hard hitting punch " incase your reading this Derek "
