    hey mate just a few questions how come you placed the bov on the hot side instead of the cold side? how do you find the 6466 now that you seem to have driven it a bit now what box and clutch are you running? cheers =)

    all good ended up getting a nismo gmax clutch rebuilt at npc.... we'll see how it goes =)

    who supplies hi torque rebuild kit? genuine nismo/exedy parts? or one of the qld rebuilders?

    it was bought second hand but i belive it is vehicle specific which plug does it plug into though?

    beauty thanks for that! i think i will go down the path of a rebuild as i just got a free nismo gmax twin plate which is in need of a rebuild

    i believe jb said the make up of the coppermix clutches were harder to rebuild compared to the gmax style ones driving style does plate a big part in it but he has done 15 events so far on his direct one and no problems so far i dont think anything has lasted this long so it is really impressive !

    yea i am doing my best not to abuse the box by quick shifting, clutch kicking, burnouts, etc. regarding clamp loads, if it is a twin plate, it shouldnt need as high a clamp load to hold the same torque right?

    he's a drifter so would most likely have gone with the cheapest option lol this was 4 years ago mind you so i guess it may have changed materials, techniques, etc. theyre all running direct made twin plates and they reckon they havent had any issues yet also jb is just not so keen on the coppermix nismo twins, whilst both direct and npc said no probs to them

    are both of yours single plates?? mate had his hyper single rebuild at st marys, was ok but didnt last as long as the original exedy material
