Rvr's are fairly old now, i hope your mate gets it back, just sucks to have this happen and brings forward to other forum users how important it is to have insurance regardless of who you are/know etc.

Push it in a bit as you press cthe clip in, then pull out once it clicks.

I have told my insurance company everything that isnt stock, that way they have no way of trying to stop paying me in the event of a claim.. Why bother telling em only half or so of the things if they are gonna class it as void anyway...

Sounds like my issue i have just changed my injectors.. Sounds like its on 5 cylinders if you gently rev it..

I though 1bar was stock?? the 5 cylinder type noise is only there when your really gentle with the throttle and at low revs..

Same stock injectors 2nd hand std boost around 1bar, its the 5 cylinder soudn i dont like....

Well today my injectors coem from america.. Anyway used the guide on here to fit em all is well on idle.. As soon as i just drive normally it has a miss like its trying or should i say nearly running on 5 cylinders, put your foot down and that goes away although on full boost boost it does leave a cloud of black smoke which it didnt used to do... Anyway my question is does this mean one or more of the new to me std gtr injectors aint flowing enough?? Should i just take em all of again and get em flo tested or could this be somat else? Note it didnt miss like this when the old leaking injectors were in...

Yep same here i do most of my own work myself (i know its done right then) or there is a few select people who i will trust and even then i am there whilst they do the work . You learn as you get older not to trust too many garages....
