  1. If they were insistant that they drive it get them to sign a letter stating that any damage caused to the vehicle whilst testing it will result in their full liability, and get a witness to sign and date it too. Covers your arse.
  2. Thanks guys for your enthusiastic responses, i was offered $800 for it, and the guy is yet to place a deposit on it, so in my opinion it is not sold as yet. If it falls through i will contact those people who are interested. IMO if you can get a new avc-r for cheaper get it, if its more worth your while. Hikari performance are good too. I will be purchasing a GT3037s kit from them soon too. Cheers

  11. Ok Well i brought my car about 2 years ago, it aint a skyline but a S13 SR20DET Silvia. I brought that car with the following mods, exhaust, Pod Filter, HD clutch, Frontmount Intercooler, HKS GT2510, and a Link Engine Management System, also came with a set of Yokohama A032R's, KYB SR Specials, and GTR 4 piston calipers. About a year later i blew the engine, it spun a bottom end bearing. And rebuilt it with Forged Pistons from Cosworth blanks. The quality of the rebuild was not up to scratch, resulting in the engine dieing again just 3 months ago. (Not happy Jan) I am now undergoing rebuild number 2, this time with a balanced and blueprinted bottomend, and titanium valve train gear, with a larger fuel system to boot which includes 850cc SARD injectors and Bosch 984 fuel pump. Got some extra toys whilst i was at it, including Apexi AVC-R and M&W Pro12 CDI. Thought i should also grab a new diff, now i have a NISMO 4.11:1 LSD, and OG Giken twin plate. I was told the engine build would take 3 weeks, its 3 months down the track and still no engine Cant wait till its all back together tough. I will be selling the 2510 down the track in search of a larger turbo, maybe a HKS GTRS, 3037s or 3040? who knows where the path to more HP will lead me.   12. Just take out all associated illegal modifications off, bring the car to the EPA station on a tow truck and state that the vehicles engine just died,and you cant start it. Simple really

  16. Hey guys, i was just wondering i'm here in rainy melbourne and i dont do it often but sometimes if there is an a wide open road with a highly visable corner i'll play drift. My amature technique is to hold the clutch in 2nd or 3rd, give it a bit of revs and let her rip whilst throwing a bit of opposite lock, it works a treat.. but there must be other ways of setting up a drift? I was also wondering does anyone in Victoria hold drift track days, i'd like to practice more on a track rather than on the street. And lastly are the skylines easy drifters? cheers Anthony
