spotted a silver r34 gtr vpec with plates spy 34 goin down northeast road at maybe 7:30ish? they turned into the modbury bp also spotted a shiny red s14 going down the same road at the same time that turned into the lil road near repco

Saw a nice silver stagea alongside me goin up northeast road past ttp up towards the hills. I didnt notice it was a stagea until I turned off to turn right at the st agnes lights! Looked nice

Hell everyone, Couple months back I bought an r33. Mechanic who checked it out said the timing belt had been replaced at 100,000km's as indicated by a sticker in Japanese on the engine. However, Ive been recently told thats the sticker to say the belt NEEDS to be replaced at 100,000km's.... It's currently done 145,000km's and theres no sticker to indicate that the timing belt has been replaced. Would it cost much to jst get it checked somehow? Im scared to drive it now cause I dont know whether Im jst skating on thin ice or the sticker somehow fell off... Thanks in advance

Hello again everyone! The rubber sealing around the windscreens of my r33 are really old and brittle, particularly the one at the back. It had bunched up slightly at one area and left small gaps at others so I'm looking to get it replaced. I rang O'briens yesterday and they said it would be $189 per window and that they may even break the windscreen jst taking it out so it could even cost more... I ran Instant Windscreens today and was told they were closed, despite their website saying 24hour service 7 days a week! Am I doomed to pay that crazy amount? Or is there someone else I should call? If it costs THAT much for the little rubber seal, I would rather use the money to save up and go AM performance to change my dump and front pipes like Talbo was tellin me yesterday Thanks in advance

Turns out my compressor was fine, my old mechanic didnt know what he was talkin bout haha. Turns out the idler puller for the ac belt seazed. Jaustech at Holden Hill sorted the whole thing out, thanks for referring me to them dark.sky! Thanks everyone!

Condenser is still there, Ive been told it looks like its still usable, not sure though. Thats all I know bout it atm lol

He mentioned that my current one only has 1 pre out. How many would i want? Considering atm I have some mb quarts splits, polk and momo splits and a pioneer amp. I do also plan on getting a sub later on, jst dont quite have the money yet. Any good head unit recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone, Just got home and then tried to start the car to give a friend a lift and it just started clicking loudly and wouldnt start!! My friend says hes had that happen on cold mornings or nights (its quite cold outside atm) and that its then been fine during the day. After reading around a bit I found that that sounds like it could be a problem with the brushes in the starter motor. However, Ill have to try it tomorrow during the day to find that out. My dad, who is a retired electronics engineer, suspects the battery is dead or close to it. He says the clicking is the starter motor solenoid chattering. He suspects it is this because when trying to start the car, it dimmed the headlights and dashboard lights. For the past week or 2, I noticed the car was a lil more sluggish when starting. E.g. Id have to turn the key for slightly longer before it started. Also, the last couple times I started it, the engine also seemed a lil rough for maybe 3-4 seconds before revving up a bit then returning to normal. Ive only had the car just over a month Any extra opinions on what it may be? Going to try jump starting it tomorrow, woulda done it now, but only just realised the battery is pretty much in the boot?! Thanks in advance
