  1. Simple question. Will a minor shift in TPS position affect the tune of a PFC tuned car? Only need to make the SLIGHTEST position change to trial a fix for a separate issue. Everything i have read suggests no, but i want to be absolutely certain that it is safe to do so.
  2. Now boxed up in a neat box and ready to go, offers welcome. As stated, happy to ship for interstate buyers.
  3. FYI, these NTK OZA395-E2 sensors will work with an R34 GTR (fairly sure R33 too). I have them in my 34 GTR and they run perfectly (well one died a little quickly), however the wires are slightly short to fit all the guides, but you can easily organise them neatly. This is a great price and i will be ordering one to replace my faulty item as soon i can be bothered to rip it out.
  4. Set of Super Streets off my 34 GTR. They are in great condition, silky smooth on the road, great for daily's. Done like 10,000kms and come with spanners. 1K pickup, can maybe drop off in Sydney. Happy to package for interstater's.
  5. That's rich coming from someone who has a vested interest in selling overpriced parts from Japan The simple fact that is that any mods you make on your car you will never get back in $$ value. You could easily blow 100k modding a 34 GTR with brand name bits, sure i agree the quality is much better, but you need to make a compromise somewhere on a 10 year old car. When you come to sell a 34 that owes you 150k, you put it up for 70k and dudes come round saying "too expensive braaa, there's cheaper ones on carsalez, i'll give you 45k cuz-e"
  6. JSAI is not bad at all. My Ztune kit is from them, i had it painted, and i fitted it on my own in my garage in one night. He delivered it fast, price is good, and the fitment is great with all nuts, washers, etc supplied. You can also try Empire Aero who is a sponsor on here. The FRP kits are decent quality and very well priced, pics of the kit on my car if you like?
  7. I own a non V-Spec 34 with 340awkw (no idea what that equates to in hp), and the extreme amount of traction actually makes it a lil boring... Wait till you push it a lil and you will find how grippy these mofo's are. The helical diff in the non V-Spec is actually a huge improvement over the viscous units, they promote better traction and keep the rear a lot straighter whilst wheelspinning. I had mine in rwd mode for a couple of weeks after a dyno run, even with 275's you really begin to appreciate what the 4wd system does I have a later model (01-02), which means that i get the sexy black interior, better coloured brush aluminium console, alloy pedals, and white dials. The 2nd gen R34 GTR is definitely preferable to the 1st (arguably the 1st gen vspec too). You will eventually seek your own stiffer suspension, bigger rear brakes, and diffusers that you miss out on. VSpec II's are still very expensive in Aus.
  8. Thanks Chuck Fair nuff.. Dudes at WSID suck i guess.. 5 runs on a Wednesday night is a maybe if you get there super early, and no VL smashes a diff off the line and they take an hour to clean up the oil. Apparently there are Sunday off street meets starting up at the end of the month, will run like 6hrs!!
  9. Outsiders point of view, but why wouldn't you organise a day with double the amount of cars, half the price, and maybe 50 runs instead of 100?? Nobody realistically wants to run a million times, or pay excessively for a drag day. Bigger numbers would be a better day socially too.
  10. Hey All, Does anyone know Matty's contact details, sent him a pm a while ago?? If anyone has any personal recommendations for a paintless dent removal dude - i would appreciate it big time! Dent on my quarter makes me wanna spew when i see it... Also wanna paint my front lips again if anyone knows a decent spray painter in Sydney that is RELIABLE. Thanks guys!
  11. Ok, so i have gotten to the bottom of this. I can confirm that the radiator is for all R33's and R34 GTT. It is really well constructed, and it immediately shows when you look at it in person. Will not suit a 34 GTR because ours are 50mm taller in height.
  12. Bought a radiator from the US (dumb yanks..) and it wasn't the right one for my car. I was told it would suit my R34 GTR, but it is about 50-6mm too short in height.. It was sold as a radiator to suit R33's and R34's, regardless of engine (so GTS-T, GTR, GTT). Obviously this is not correct, so i would have to measure it against what you have if you're keen to see if it would suit. It is brand new, with no liquid passing through it, but does have some bent fins from trial fitting in my car. Would like $400, which is a great price considering the quality of these units (lifetime warranty) and the cost of overseas shipping, located in Sydney. 13. Yeah just got mine too, came up with the goods after all...
  14. Thanks heaps guys. I will make some calls towards the end of the week. Don't wanna use Tempe, they no longer roll guards, they use hammers.
  15. Can anyone recommend somewhere really good to get this done? Any personal experiences somewhere good? Have had a bad experience in the past, and it has to be perfect for my GTR!
  16. Money is gone guys, face it.. Unless someone has his address and a pair of balls, this dude has gotten away with it... Ban group buys i reckon like many other forums do, unless they are organised by sponsoring vendors.
  17. Set of Super Streets off my 34 GTR. They are in great condition and i can take you for a spin to show you how silky smooth they are on the road, great for daily's. Done like 10-15kms and come with spanners. Looking to either trade with adjustment for Greddy Type S or BC's, or to sell for like 1K.
  18. Latest word via email: Could you do me a favour a let people know ill have the net back tomorrow. Order will be put through tomorrow and i hopefully will have a pic for the guys of the new design backing. Also if you could mention that their new carpet supplier is dearer and thus its going to be $10 more. Ill add more detail tomorrow evening and explain the price rise and other stuff. Just thought you might be able to get in earlier than me and thus people will know info ASAP.
  19. The tyres are 275/30/19 all round, sorry i forgot that in the original post. Only interested in selling the rims now, wanna hold onto the rubber. These may already be sold to be fair, i have them on hold for another member.
