  1. Boost spikes to 22psi, before tapering down to 20psi, using a Greddy Profec B. Best way we could control it given the shitty HKS actuators - jap is not always best it would seem... Sent you the dyno sheets, makes 280rwkw by 4800ish which is really sweet on the street.
  2. Update on this for those who asked for it. Car made a very responsive 332rwkw with the normal road tyres on the same dyno. That is 17kw up on the semi's. Tip for anyone using semi's - don't use them on the dyno unless you want to have chunks torn out of them and make less visible power!!!!
  3. All pm's and phone numbers replied. the only R34 GTR rear spoiler i have is attached to my car
  4. Read the add you goose. Preparation for E85. Maatouk certainly can build em, best of luck mate.
  5. Parts updated as follows: * Coilpacks - $100 (also suit RB25 S2) * Injectors - Sold * Cam gears - $50 * Cams - $200 * Intercooler with piping - $250 * Fuel pump - $100 * Factory dumps - Sold * BB Turbos (no shaft play and super clean) - $650 * Front pipes - $50 * Apexi Power Intake full kit with adaptors (only 2mths old perfect condition, suit R33 too) - Sold * Xforce split dumps (look identical to my HKS, good welds too) - $250 Some parts are neg.
  6. Fuel talk aside.. How does the GTR feel to drive on the streets - only if you do of course Sounds fantastic, my dad even loved the dyno clip. I would love to know how drivable a 1000whp GTR is! Major driveline mods??
  7. That is mega cheap for a black 34, i don't understand why this hasn't sold ages ago.. The dude that said that he got one for 33k needs to get off the shabs. Newbie just stirring up the thread i reckon. Anyways, good luck with the sale mate it looks neat.
  8. Castor arms for 34 GTR's is a pain. Every idiot who sells them online states they are the same across all Skylines and even S1x cars... I can tell you they are not. They are a wishbone shaped design. Have a look underneath, easy to see that they are a V shape. I wanted to upgrade mine and couldn't find any options - but there should be some offset bushes out there...
  9. No worries will pass on the udpate. No upgraded actuators here, just the crappy HKS ones adjusted to start cracking at 12 psi by "Yoda". I can live with the tiny spike for now.
  10. Ok, update time. The boost problem has been well truly resolved, it no longer hesitates to build boost after throttle shutting (ie. on/off). It is at full boost by 4.2k, slight spike and then steady to 20psi. Cams were dialed in with a bias towards midrange power and it put out 320rwkw. The best part is that it makes 250 by 4.5k and makes power all the way to redline. It had track semis at the time that were quite rough, made a lot of noise and vibrations on the dyno, so with street tyres and a power run next week should show an even better figure. Previously felt dull down low and up high, with power tapering off after 6.5k. The previous tuner told me i had probs with potential valve float - glad i got a second opinion. Can't thank Yavuz and the boys from Unigroup enough for the end result! Tip for anyone running genuine GTSS's and wanting to run more then 18psi, upgrade the actuators first.
  11. Nismo injectors sold. Low km stock injectors $280
  12. If you read that post, i made no mention of me wanting to do it you goose. He had the best of everything in his bottom-end.
  13. A mate on here recently sold his 34 that had 368 at all 4 using GTSS' with 28ish psi on PULP - backed up by dyno's, insane lap times, etc. It was an over the top setup, and not a typical result, but close to the 400 i guess.. Anyhow i made my decision, 1000's going in, retune on PULP in the short term with plans for E85 towards end of the year. Will post results.
  14. Not sure mate, i'll have to do some sums for you. I'll get back to you.
  15. Aus spec's are very comfy and cushy, a lil on the soft side though for any track work. If you like guard close to rubber low - they won't do it. I hate how jacked up my rear is and want to get rid of them for that reason alone...
  16. Got two sets of top feed injectors from my GTR: Nismo 600cc's - Done like 3000kms, perfect condition, selling due to upgrade for new E85 setup $700 Stock GTR - These were the originals from my 02 R34 GTR, great condition, done 63kms $300 All parts in Sydney, free shipping anywhere.
  17. Sheesh a combo of three things... The first was one i suspected, t-bolt clamps were pinching where they tightened on the hard piping kit, the second was a tiny leak from a small tear in a vacuum line, and finally most important the actuators were not set up right. They had loose tension, were cracking too early and and unevenly across both turbos.
  18. Haven't been back on the dyno, currently sitting outside holding off for a week to decide whether or not to go E85.
  19. Nah not me, do everything but tuning at home.
  20. Here is the link to Caltex planned rollout of E85: http://www.caltex.com.au/ProductsAndServic...s/BioFuels.aspx Marketing manager told me plan is have most running by late September, early October. So that might make it easier for some. Engine bay looks almost stock, i don't want the look of pumps, lines, surge tanks in the boot. The 740's are side feed Ash. From what you describe pump maybe close to a dangerous limit there.
