  1. Hey guys, digging out an old thread, i forgot to check back on this... It is running BP98 now, no E85 as yet. I don't believe the PFC has a temp compensation map, but i could be wrong... Trent, i will forward through my map as soon as i can download it.
  2. I have a set of Rota P45R rims in Gunmetal for sale. They light under the sun, but look almost black at night. They are 19x10 +20, so they are wide and have an aggressive offset suited to GTR's, 350's, etc. They absolutely like new, NO scratches or marks at all. The tyres are Federal 595's and are near new, 90% i would say. I am in Sydney, and they can be viewed any time. They owed me nearly 3k six months ago, but am happy with around 2k.
  3. Looks like this dude has done the runner... DO NOT DEPOSIT ANYMORE CASH INTO HIS ACCOUNT
  4. What's going on with this dude? Still coming?

  6. I would rather my cash be refunded dude. I wanted to sell the car with decent matts - but don't wanna wait 2mths to do so... Please let me know if this will be an issue.
  7. Elias Haddad/ Subaru Impreza WRX 1999/ Black/ 2 front matts with "WRX"/ No Heelpad - $125 1 piece rear preferred, as per matcraft website
  8. Happens to all 34's i think... Mine is silver and it is yellowing too. My mates white 34 is starting to do it too.
  9. WRX's run an R180 setup (earlier datto's and R31's i think), whereas S13-5's/R32-4's use R200.
  10. If it helps i have dealt with aclub before. Got goods as promised, but the product was a little rough (shouldn't be a prob with genuine HDI though) and slightly damaged in transit.
  11. Replacing the standard dual mass flywheel will rob the driveline of noise dampening. I have a lightweight flywheel with a JB single plate monty - noisey as all hell. Its the farkin worst... Much worse with aircon on too... The dual mass flywheel may have been replaced in yours at some point in its history. Either way don't stress, very common, and it wont be bearing related.
  12. No smoke... U guys have nailed it, on first impressions. 4 starts so far, and every one of them a winner with foot flat to the floor! What is odd about this is that the tuner tried leaning it right out and adding heaps more fuel, both ends of the scale with no luck. He and an electrical engineer went right over the car for like 5hrs and found nothing helped. He is prob the best known tuner on this forum too, so he is definitely no rookie... Thanks guys, i will take this idea back to him.
  13. Thanks for the feedback mate. I haven't held it flat to the floor, but i have been pumping it for like 30-45sec to get it to start... I will try holding it flat and see if starts quicker, if so, than maybe it is too much fuel.
  14. I hope for some suggestions, or maybe even a referral to someone who may know wtf is going on. Short story is made a stack of mods, twins, z32s, fc, inj, pump, cams, reg, splitfires, cooler, etc. car was tuned, started perfectly, but was very disappointing in the top end. So i had the car re-tuned by another dude with 1000cc ID's and removed the resistor pack. Tune is awesome, good on fuel, smooth idle, very linear power delivery, and decent final figure. However the startup is now crap. Cold start is quite good, also when you turn the car off and on again within 5 minutes. The problem is when i park the car for anything between 30mins to 6hrs and try start it again. It cranks forever (30+ secs), i have to pump the accelerator, and just barely starts and struggles to get up to normal idle. To the tuner's credit, he has spent hours on it, involving an electrical engineer and can't crack it... Injectors have been flow tested, voltage tested, pump has been tested, crank signal shows on the fc controller when cranking, plus heaps of other stuff. The tuner is a champion and has probably tuned most sydney cars on this forum, so i don't think for a second it is down to his ability, has to be some weird ass quirk... PLEASE HELP!!!
  15. Rubbish, misinformed comment. Shagged shocks bouncing off bump stops, compared to soft rate springs with suitably valved shocks in Tein SS's, what do you think? I have them in mine and they are even softer than standard GTR suspension.
  16. FARK, totally forgot it was on last weekend, sooo spewin i missed this. Great pics, what a lineup!
  17. Got some parts from a recent upgrade to my 2002 R34 GTR, done 63k's. All parts are in Ryde, Sydney, and very good condition: * Coilpacks - $100 (also suit RB25 S2) * Cam gears - $50 * Cams - $200 * Intercooler with piping - $250 * Fuel pump - $100 * BB Turbos (no shaft play and super clean) - $600 * Front pipes - $50 * Various T-Bolt Clamps (as pictured, mainly large 90mm) - $50 .
  18. Man it will be interesting to see if it lasts. I had a black S15 that had the same hard water stains on it, and i had it polished out by a supposed gun detailer - does all the work for a BMW/Range Rover dealer. Looked amazing like you would not believe when he was finished, lasted 2 weeks before the worst looking swirls i have ever seen in my life began to surface. The car looked milky, i was soooo shitty that i eventually sold it...
  19. Bit longer than that Dunc.. You need to remove a horizontal chassis brace and the clutch slave cylinder too. You will also need a very slim ring spanner to get the nuts off. Tip get a cheapo spanner and grind away some material around the ring, and use a second spanner for leverage if the bolts have never been off before (very tight). Beware though, you may have to bleed attessa after putting the shaft back in. I can't confirm that for sure, but it has been suggested to me since putting the shaft back in and not getting enough torque to the front that i need to bleed mine. I will confirm that.
  20. Hey Tim. I just put 2 n 2 together, you sold your old bottom-end to my mate Dave, who is the dude i was telling you bout stuck on 11's. I found the ad you posted and let him know after he cooked his old stocker. Thanks mate, great job with the colour on yours too! 130 is really moving, only a matter of time before you crack the magic mark. Don't know the bloke with the black one, just managed a peak under the bonnet. The weather put my night out of its misery.. Let me know when you have another crack, i'll come down with Dave. Elz
  21. lol, man you get some sorts there... There was a dude there with bike running purely on car batteries, an OLD overweight man with a standard NA VL, car full of kids in a verada, list goes on. It was too packed and sooo many shitters wasting time
  22. Crap night, ran badly, at home and in bed by 8:30... The weather turned nasty and sprayed on us. It was sooooo packed too. Two dudes with 32 R's ran low 11's. BTW, thanks to the dude with 32 GTS that let me sneak in - if you're on here!
