I only wish the stock 33 gtr suspension was softer. Any suggestions on soft replacement suspension? I only use the car as a daily. Oh and having to fill up twice a week because of 3 hrs of driving daily is quite annoying haha

I had same problem as yours, with aircon turning off when engine was warm. I had two issues though, one was the thermister it was freezing the pipes at times; the other was tx valve which was replaced and things work fine now.

Panelbeater can easily repair that with a bit of heat it'd pop right out. Unfortunately you will also need to pay to repaint, prob cost you $400-500 all up. I had that damage, plus some on rear quarter, cost $500 to fix up.

This is one reason I don't like owning a skyline, I've had nightmares about coming back to the car and seeing it vandalised

I replaced my cluster, tacho was reading all over the place like jumping up and down to 5000rpm at idle. If banging it temporarily fixes then it's as simple as a dry solder joint like other people have mentioned, you can either do it yourself or take it to auto electrician to refurbish.

Sorry to hear about your situation eastes, hope things turn out well. I'm pretty sure some of us here will get into the same situation. One thing you might consider is to plead guilty and ask for leniency, with at least two character references. You can reduce the 6 month suspension down to 2 months. My wife had lost her licence for consistently racking up speeding tickets and this was what we did. Not the same situation as yours though.

Ok I can confirm I have sumitomos. Are these standard on '95 r33 gtr NON-vspec or have I been fleeced?

Oh that really sux Now I doubt my brakes are brembos because all over the net all the r33 gtrs have 'brembo' written on it. F&*CK. How am I supposed to know what brakes I have then... I bought a full set of brembo brake pads too fck.

Do the r33 gtr brakes say 'brembo' on them or just 'nissan'? I've got qfm hpx brembos on order, I freaking hope they fit lol.

Were the police there after the accident? It looks clearly the other guy's fault. 3rd party insurance is a b*tch because your own company won't lay a hand at helping you get the guy to make a claim, neither will his insurance company. I've been in this situation before but luckily the police were involved and had statements/description of the accident. You will probably need to take legal action since that guy is being a d1ck.

Hey guys, I had a cam angle sensor with broken teeth on the rb26 and replaced it with another CAS. Apparently it's supposed to be timed with a timing light/mechanic. However I just wacked it on and the car has been running fine for the past few months. What are the ill effects that I should look for from just randomly putting on a CAS? Cheers!
