  1. Hmmm don't remember taking any other hoses off but may have accidently dislodged one somehow. It is a HKS fuel rail with a Sard FPR. Maybe the pressure is out now? Low? Might be worth a check i think. Thanks for the idea. Anyone think of anything else? I really hope this is something simple
  2. Any advice will be much appreciated........... Here's the problem: - noticed fuel leaking from hose connecting fuel filter to fuel rail (was old and split) - replaced it - car starts but now idles very rough and feels like it is running a cylinder or so down - cannot even drive up the street i.e. zero power and big engine vibrations Note: Car was running perfectly fine before I noticed/fixed the fuel line Was the fuel line fix and problem a coincidence (surely not)? Do I need to do something else in order to get the fuel flowing prperly again (clutching at straws here)? Sounds and feels bad but I am really hoping it is something simple. This car is hardly driven and has been bullet proof otherwise. Please help!
  3. Mate, I think we all agree that the job is sh!tty and yes I would definate complain also. But given that 4 weeks (?) or so has passed you cannot expect the guys at the shop to drop everything and attend to your problems. Bring them in with the receipt point out the problems - try to remain calm and rational and I'm sure they will help you out. The outside section near the centre is clearly bad workmanship. As for the inside, if you are not happy with the inside of the rim not painted, then specify you WANT these bits done also. If you want things done on the cheap ($200 is on the cheap side), then it's perfectly legit to not spray these bits as no one will see it anyway and it has no impact on the durability of the outside. just my 2c worth
  4. What type of teins are we talking about here? Assuming they are not super streets as they are relatively soft as far as coilovers go. Depending on what they are you could modify your existing set-up. Could end up costing $$$ though. Or you could buy my super streets (see for sale section) and make your money back by selling your existing ones off to someone who wants to do circuit work. Going back to stock seems a bit backwards to me.
  5. Yes of course I will - you can have the fronts for $500 Nah seriously man only if someone else wants the rears. The whole lot is dirt cheap as it is. Like I said priced to sell.

  7. I've gotta be fair to Nengun after having a whinge........I bit the bullet and went through them again. Ordered some Tein monoflex coilovers and they have been shipped today - 11 days after payment. Cannot complain about that.
  8. Mate I'm running a Blitz nur specR cat back, 3"cat, blitz front pipe and tomei bellmouth dumps. Sounds like an absolute animal, especially after i fitted tomei poncams. But steer clear of this if you are after somethig quiet! Although from just catback it should be fairly sedate. Still on the loud side compared to say Trust PEII or HKS Silent High Power. Stay clear of X-force I reckon, cheap, but doesn't fit up too well and sounds a bit on the homo side. Just my opinion.
  9. Any takers?? I've had offers of $250 but that is just too much of a kick in the balls for my liking. New price is $440 delivered ($400 for WA pickup). Gotta move these on.
  10. I got 2 good ones just taken out of my R32 that you can have for $200.
  11. PM sent Will pretty much buy it - pending decision to sell. Cheers, Tay
  12. They are awesome looking wheels. I'd pick these up for sure if they were a GTR offset. Good luck with the sale.
  13. Item: DBA slotted rotors (Part #4926) - suits R32 GTR from 89-93 Age: Brand new - unopened in boxes Condition: As above Price: $440 delivered (or $400 pick up in Perth) To Fit: R32 GTR from 89-93 Location: Perth WA Contact: 0411 657 552 or PM Comments: Another ordering mistake on my behalf (oops). Needed the rears and got the fronts instead - idiot! Bought from Just Jap (for $500 + delivery)so instead of sending them back and costing me shipping, thought I would just move them on to someone else. Hoping someone can help me out here so I can then place an order in perth for the rear ones. I also have for sale: Shift light - $50 Greddy aluminium radiator top hose - $50 (for R32/33? GTR) **New prices and pics added** Cheers, Tay
  14. Yeah I know what you mean - it is a big restriction which is held on by 1 small bolt.
  15. Ok cool, thanks for the heads up guys. I just put it on yesterday to see how much it would quieten it down and went for a sunday drive. Didn't really give it a hard time but didn't see any excessive knocking either way. Found out pretty quickly that it's no fun, deadly slow and with absolutely no accelleration. Anyway, that drive didn't last long. Quickly went home ripped it off and went for a real blast up in the hills. All smiles again
  16. Hey guys/girls, This my be a stupid qustion but can i potentially do any damage to my car if I drive with the silencer in the exhaust? The car is tuned at 381rwhp @ 18psi and I'm running a Blitz Nur SpecR exhaust which is pretty loud. Running poncams also which makes it a bit lumpy and even louder again - pretty much instant yellow sticker job if I pull up next to a cop car. So although it drives like an excel with the silencer in, if I am just putting around not driving at all fast can anything go wrong? Obviously i would take it out when wanting to drive it hard, but I'm just concerned I might damage something by restricting the flow so much. Cheers, Tay

Updated by Tom on 29-Nov-2007 at 1:08amNotification Sent Unfortunately there has been a delay in supplying your order, the shipment estimate has been updated and we'll update your order when we have further information. We apologise for any inconvenience. Getting sick of seeing this update each time I look forward to getting my parts. Have bought way over 5K worth of gear in the last 3 months alone and the service has been delayed every order. I'm just having a bit of a whinge today.....as I also have parts overdue from Slide! Their 7-10 days (ready for immediate dispatch) quote is absolute bullsh!t. I wish someone here in perth had a sh!tload of money and could just stock up on parts so we could purchase them locally. I'd be happy to pay a premium for this kind of service. ok end rant - I'm off to cry myself to sleep.
  19. I'm chasing these coilovers for my R32 GTR. Have Tein superstreet type NA to come out (non height adjustable) - so wanting to go a bit harder and have enough height adjustment to put it real low for show etc. Cheers, Tay
