ah ok didn't realise, i thought it was single from the front. just cos its it mild steel, why do you assume its "bodged"? to assum that is very "fast and furious, full sic, gotta be stainless to be any good yo" and how do you know it "wouldn't come close to a stillen product"? just cos its a brand name item dosnt mean its the bees knees. regarding the freight, it was still paid there for its part of the total cost of the item.
-
its not harder cos you drive to a shop and have it done.. im not saying to do it yourself.. and yes im talking mild steel, cos i dont get under my car and jerk off over a stainless system. they both do the exact same job
-
yeh im fine to removed them. but i just wanna make sure theres no holes under any of them.. iv read the infinitys have a hole under the infinity badge, wondering if the nissan has it aswell?
-
youll need to have your speedo re-calibrated if you do this
-
any holes under any of the badges on the boot of an 03 sedans?
-
just cos its custom made dosnt make it any harder. i had a duel system made for my LS400 and it only cost me $750. fair enough it wasn't stainless, but a single system in stainless you could have made for a shit load less than $1400 drive in drive out(not that i see any reason to need it to be stainless other then wank and street cred).
-
seems like an excessive amount of money to pay for a single system you could get one made up for half the price
-
keen for picks.
-
what did that cost you total in AU$ to have it paid for and deleivered?

Servicing Shops For Your V35 - Brisbane
GeNOS replied to Eldubb's topic in VQ Series - V35, V36 & Infiniti
i used K&G Automotive Servicing in Underwood 38083321 after someone on this forum recommended them. in teh 10 years iv been driving, best experience iv ever had with a workshop doing a service for me. highly recommended.. ill be booking in there again for my next serve in a few weeks time. -
they wernt sold new here, so theirs no real way of saying what they were worth new in the AU market. id gauge it of the new price of the 350's and maximas tho
-
anyone have an English layout of the internal fuse box? thanks
-
PVC plumbing pipe would get hot and melt/deform in an engine bay. you have a $25000 car and you are to tight to spend $100 on a proper tube??

-
mine kills the power even when its not enough to spin the wheels.. its bloody dangerous.. plus whats the point of having a performance vehicle if you need to drive it like an Excel
-
Iv had similar once before. Apparently its common in fairly wet weather
-
How much were they? What it cost to have them fitted?
-
ditto. iv got an LSD, might be why i never notice it
-
Weird, cos once I flick mine off, I don't notice it at all ?

Can These Parts Really Cost $1,500 ?
GeNOS replied to ripstah's topic in VQ Series - V35, V36 & Infiniti
siff go to nissan.. they will charge through the ass.. just go to another suspension place and see what they say. dont tell them what peddars said tho. i find it hard to believe that the hub/wheel bearing could be damaged from 10kg of meat -
i just flick mine off with a quick press and it never comes back on till i turn the car off and on again.
-
mine came with spacers to space it out
-
right diameter and you can put any spring in any car.. but from what iv read and been told on teh US forums, its not good practice in the 35's
