  1. Gearbox, Nismo solid shifter & overhauled clutch are in. Chucked in a Navara speedo sensor as well. Was having issues with bind, so asked Simon Michelmore to chuck some lock stops on my extended LCAs, he modded my knuckles for SFA instead. Waiting on longer tie rods & ends to arrive. In the meantime I got bored so painted the corner lights.
  2. Dunlop Le Mans LM704 (Japanese model of SP Sport LM704 which retail for about $150 per corner here) F: 205/55/16 R: 225/50/16 Practically brand new, still have the little rubber nipples on them. $300 These came off a car that was imported - had to put brand new tyres on for compliance despite these being pretty much brand new.... Will swap for 235/45/17 skid tyres like Sailuns
  3. Slow progress is slow. 25 box acquired, Obon week means waiting longer for the clutch overhaul kit. Next private day was cancelled so I've got longer until the next session which means a new exhaust is going on too.
  4. New engine in, just another stock 25. Did another track day at Tailem Bend clutch started smelling straight away. Let a mate drive it, he stripped 2nd gear and then after lunch I was attempting a lap using 1st & 3rd when the clutch completely shit itself. Time to get my old OS Giken super single rebuilt and get a 25 box with the tax return.
  5. Here's the electric controls and what I've found playing about so far. seat controls - forward & back on the seat rail, back rest up & down, base tilt and lumbar support (driver only) rear seat back rest is adjustable from rear passenger arm rests sunroof - open, close and tilt nav/stereo/centre display has individual climate control, TV options, GPS I haven't had much of a play with yet a few other Japanese buttons that don't work fold in mirrors with a separate button for mirror demister PWR/ECT/SNOW button - possibly for road conditions, not sure traction control steering wheel has UP buttons on the rear and DOWN buttons on the front. These don't appear to be for the stereo, so possibly cruise control, though I'm yet to work that out. 6 stacker CD player and a tape deck found a DVD player above the glovebox has more interior lights than a 70's disco has green LEDs in the guide lights on the front guards bad points: FM band receiver wasn't installed middle seat belt hs been removed LHS headlight doesn't work, probably from the bloody halogens being installed
  6. Another vote for the team at Iron Chef Imports. I got my Crown Estate through them, they were quick to reply to any queries I had, kept me well informed and were very professional to deal with.
  7. The compliance joint has said they'll send them to me and what I do with them from there is my business. They've advised me I'd be defected for them if refitted.
  8. Car is now home and registered. Needs a good detail before I post up any pics. Failed initial inspection on the window tint being too dark, had to be removed. HID headlights were also converted by the compliance mob to halogen because they're not auto-levelling and don't have a washer system as per AUS requirements. Tint and factory HIDs are going straight back on the car now that it has rego.
  9. First time i've seen them (from memory) & I've been scouring YJP for a looooong time for ceffy parts.

  11. Getting it complied at Revolution Imports, just got word this arvo that it's now complied, so it was possibly mine that you saw. I've joined up on Aus-VIP, no posts yet, waiting until I get the car & doing some research about 1Js.
  12. Latest news is that this is currently in Aus being complied. Should have it soon, can't wait!
  13. Nah sorry mate, don't have either of those.
  14. Located in Blakeview man, whereabouts are you?

I'm willing to freight parts but most are fairly flimsy plastic bits so there's a fair risk of them being damaged by the monkeys at Australia Post. Located in Adelaide
  16. There's been a number of them in option DVDs, drift tengoku mags, etc with either SR or RB25 conversions. Pretty sure Blitz/Uras & Nomuken even had a video segment with one in an OLD option video I've got. This one from Finland has an RB26
  17. Seat belt stuff I've got, no boot trim. Might have some of the factory electrical shit that was under the rear parcel shelf though if you're after that. I don't wanna separate the door trim bits just yet.
  18. How long ago was it rebuilt? Have you fitted it all, what power did it make?
  19. Ricciardo has been handed a 10 place grid penalty for the unsafe release debarcle.
  20. For f**k's sake, the way RBR treat Aussies you'd think we invaded Germany to start WWII.
