  1. Hey mate. Sorry for the epic late reply. Whilst I don't know what the problem was, the car came back to me fixed (was all fixed by a auto-elec who is a mate of my dads for a favour), when they return to work I can give the guy a ring and pick his brains as to what it was... Hopefully you weren't relying on my response and that you got it up and running already, but I'll still find out for you... Sorry again.
  2. Don't mean to hijack the thread, but I was thinking to myself the other day about Grills. Is there much available in the way of Grills for M35's? (specifically PM35's)
  3. Very keen to follow and see how you go with it mate. Is a great looking car if I do say so myself
  4. Thank you so much man... Worked perfect. We dont have the Steering Wheel controls unfortunately so we won't have to worry about that issue. Is there anything else you can do with the Bluetooth. For example stream your music to the car stereo? I'm doubting it, but worth a shot lol. Thanks again. Really appreciate it.
  5. Basically we bought the car and it was missing an Air Bag module in the steering wheel. I think maybe because its a Patrol wheel? Anyone a new module was sourced, installed and fixed it the issue of airbag light flashing.
  6. Well we got the airbag all fixed. No more flashing light. WooI think our next step maybe the TV tuner and/or some interface for our iPhones/iPod.Thanks to Northshore for sorting it all out...
  7. Hey guys, I was just wondering if you guys know at all how to use or enable to Bluetooth in a Series II/PM35 stereo. I recall someone on here saying they had figured it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Oh right, well that sucks. I appreciate your help however. When we get round to it, I'll probably purchase those buttons, and whatev's to do the Stereo and Cruise Control... Thanks again though.
  9. Yeah, I was mighty surprised to find that this was there. I'm still finding new stuff in the car lol... So f**kig cool Hey Chris, Not sure whether Ben has spoken to you, but managed to find an Air Bag. Also not sure if he got it from you or not... He's posted it to the Auto-Elec and it will be getting done next Wednesday
  10. Black Leather is hot I think the seats are alright. The drivers seat seems a tad narrow. I'm a pretty big/tall guy, and find the curves on the side are a bit tight on my legs. Thats with the electronic controls in my wifes Series 2 350RX. In my Series 1 250t it didn't have the electronic seat controls and the seat was a slightly wider... Could be just me being a fussy prick too...
  11. Sent you an email re: our phone call. Yeah, surprised there isn't more S2's tbh. Still finding things out about the car, just found a Flare in the leg area on the front passenger side lol.
  12. Oh really. Interesting? Would it be hard to source the bag to fit this. I'm not 100% sure whats missing, but I think the Auto-Elec said it has no airbad module. Which I'm assuming is the whole thing. How much for the the controls? Not that we have cruise control, it may be worth getting just in case...lol Thanks for your help mang.
  13. Haha, what does this one look like? Anyway this is a close-up of the wheel. Sorry for the poor quality. My other camera is dead, and battery takes aeons to charge (when your in a rush).
  14. I'll get some pictures of the wheel. The issue with the airbag light is the airbag module is missing. We've got the light off ATM, but there is no airbag in the steering. May make sense if it is aftermarket. If that is the case, would it possible to get an airbag working in this wheel, as the standard wheels are UGLY. Ben was all cool, and willing to help out and fix it all. (another + for Northshore)
  15. Got the side mirror indicators working, auto-elec fixed that up easily. They also addressed the airbag light issue... I need to speak to Ben first however.
  16. Oh yeah, just remembered, I was cleaning the exhaust and realised it was a Nismo one. Had Nismo stamped all over it
  17. Nah, I'm pretty sure it's a CD/DVD stacker. Still have to LOL at MD. Nah, it's a 10 Disc Stacker. I think it might play DVD's also, as it has the DVD logo on it. ^ The interior with a shot of the wheel. ^ The boot with the stacker. The RCA cables go back to the Factory Tuner, and they all work fine. Tested them all, so that makes things a little easier for me.
  18. Thanks for the info on the info on the trim. When we do decide to install a tuner, I can't see it being too difficult, as part of the job is done in having the RCA leads into the factory tuner, already working fine. It'd be nice to find a cartridge for the stacker, as it could come in handy. No biggie though. Oh factory stereo is excellet!
  19. Nah man, no brown. It's all black leather and has woodgrain stuff too. The steering wheel is a mix of woodgrain and leather also. Its very nice. I'll post some interior shots up today or tomorrow, pending what time I finish work today. It's got the Stagea and 350RX badges removed off the back. It's a subtle change, but looks great.
  20. Cheers for that mate. I might give it a whirl later on... I managed to check if the RCA plugs at the Stacker are working. Which they do. I was having trouble navigating on the screen to enable the AUX input, didn't realise I could navigate with the little joystick thing to AUX, and click Enter, then Enter again on AUX, and it would switch from TV to AUX. Pretty simple, just not sure when navigating menus in Japanese lol Well that kinda clears that problem up, Is hard pulling the left hand side trim up to run cables etc?
  21. Haah, sweet. Thanks for that man. I'll have a little navigate around to see what's what lol... How exactly do I get the handsfree bluetooth working... Also in regards to the Airbag light, what is the procedure to reset or clear it that was mentioned earlier? And a final Question (sorry for the pain guys), the Mirror indicators aren't working. Ben said to take it to an Auto-Elec as he couldn't get them working, any thoughts on what it may be. The less stuffing around an Auto-Elec does the better. All the others work. I have a feeling they may be cover ones or something? As it looks like they are over the outside of the original mirror. I'm not sure if they are Factory or After-market.
  22. Personally I'd deal with Northshore direct. We just bought a PM35 350RX from them, and it is simple as. No hassle, quick and easy. The car is fantastic, couldn't be happier.
  23. Yeah, I saw some Enlish buttons, but they look more like the Series 1 ones, no one the buttons lineup or anything so I was a bit confused. I sent a screenshot to a mate who moved to Japan last year, he may be able to translate for me at least. Imma have a look round and try and familiarise myself with some of the stuff. Tuners, AUX etc. I really only want to get my iPod working mainly.
  24. Thanks for the kind words folks. We are loving it, especially my wife haha... GOAT CAR (for us) haha Ah, shall be awesome when this language translation is ready for release. Does anyone know what the buttons do in the Series II under the screen? Also where are the AUX inputs in the headunit? or is there one?
