  1. No prob's-I didn't know you were there! See you in the morning;got photo's to take of the GT...
  2. Ah,yes:l'il Frinky...SOFT! How's the thumbprint on the forehead coming along?!? LOL! J/K's...
  3. Everyone listening to Duncan's wise words? Forget the latest SuperBoostMeUp controller;invest in rubber!
  4. Hahahaha:someone speaks of sticky rubber, and D. is RIGHT in there! I've heard of post-whores;does this make you a tyre-whore,Duncan?!? ! Still, with my last minute struggle to get rubber, and subsequent lesson learned, maybe it's time to stockpile before Targa Tassie next year for your team....
  5. Just posted on Valvebounce.com: "OK:a great day was had by all,I reckon! Aside from some minor technical hiccups, all went well, with some really good times set and some decent battles being raced on the track... Everyone seemed to be in high spirits, with no major carnage(well,race_snooze & Jester had a fair coming together)and everyone dealt well with the intermitent showers. Of the top qualifiers,Dan' was "the man" with a blistering 26.64,and wound up taking out the "A" final with a 27.03 on a damp track. Most will know cart # 11 was THE one to have, and it just might've helped in Dan's domination of the timesheets... In the "B" final,Anthony took line honours with a 31.02(in cart #11...!).As for how each club went, here's each club and the positions their members finished in: Syndicate:7th,9th,16th and 17th ACT WRX:4th,6th,8th13th and 15th SAU:10th,18th and 19th Valvebounce.com:1st,3rd and 11th REact:2nd,5th and 12th and, last but not least:VMPCA:14th and "too busy to drive,'cause I'm writing as fast as I can"...LOL! Actually,I did a 27.37 at one point there;a new P.B. for me,so next time,LOOK OUT,you lot! Strangely,Glenn went faster than me earlier in the day,but a damp track obviously took the edge off his times, too! All in all,I think we're all a bunch of fairly competitive people(with James from SAU taking time off from being serious to throw in a display of "Dorifto"),and I'll put it out there to all:do you want ALL the times and positions listed,or would you rather a discreet PM?"
  6. :Owned: !
  7. Nope;I'm out-maybe catch me at the go kart day on Sunday? If not,let me know hwere you are,and I'll find a way of getting to you...
  8. Or you can pay cash on the day...as online payments are all closed now...
  9. If you're happy to travel(an hour's drive),I know one of the top painters in Australia...who's also my brother! He's normally snowed under, work wise, but you may want to talk to him anyway... As for locally,Tony Farugia's is the top pick, but they're hard to get into, and selective of the cars they work on. J Racing have turned out some cool jobs for a reasonable price;give Jerry or Adrian a buzz...
  10. I should get there;it depends on how far I get tuning a certain blinged-out Forester GT. If it all comes together,I'll be there at 9ish. Looking at the weather,I'd imagine no one in their right minds would hang around for long;I'll be in that same basket of not wanting to get frozen...although,with a new 'cooler and bigger turbo on the GT,it'd mean a bit more boost, would it not?!?
  11. :bahaha: !!
  12. Cool;I think we're covered so far,but it'd be awesome if you can come along anyway! Wanna be the "Brolly girl/Pit Chick/Grid Girl"?!?
  13. Actually,I got them 100% above board...I could of pocketted the extra dollars, but I thought I'd pass the savings on to my fellow SAU'ers
  14. guys,MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR NAME TO YOUR BANK DEPOSIT when paying directly into the Valvebounce account:it'll help us know who has paid and when they paid it...So;Leech,Jester and Frink, pay attention! And pay MONEY!! Let's go!
  15. I'm almost considering doing just that! LOL! More commitment from the Central Coast than right in our backyard...race_snooze will rip it up;at least he's guaranteed a spot as the fastest SAU'er! Unless Sxygtst joins the party,in which case,it's wide open!!
  16. Well,at this point in time,SAU doesn't have a team:Race_Snooze is the only driver! Sxygtst has offered to turn a wheel for the team...and that's it? Geez,we had enough for nearly THREE teams at one point there... I think we might have to fend off rumours that "Team Skyline" has pulled a heartstring! I also know that 'Snooze is a paid up Valvebounce member,so he could choose to drive elsewhere, but he wants to represent for SAU...and gets backed by...a big bunch of pikers?!? Everyone had HEAPS of time to plan this;gotta say that I'm disappointed ...
  17. Nice! About time we saw some commitment from SAU ACT! What about the rest of you, then?!? Frink?Jester?SkyGTRline?!?
  18. Hitch hike up! It'd be worth it!! Seriously,tho'-good luck getting the 32 running properly!
  19. Actually,there's 3 left...who did I miss?
  20. Welcome on board! Another R32? Bring it on! Yeeha!
  21. OK,that's Leigh + Brad sorted;two left...4PKNUP + trashed,I think. C'mon lads;time to pull the finger out or miss out!
  22. Stevie SkyGTRline race_snooze FoX GM_GTR Frink SKYLVIA & Jester. "Tentative" expressions of interest by: sxygtst oscar32 & djhatton I'll be past Jerra pub tonight to pick up $$$'s for those that haven't paid yet.
