  1. External and AEM EMS controls the boost. The saga for him to get to this point.gtx3076
  2. Here is a dyno of a GTX 3076 with .82 rear housing @ 25psi on RB25.
  3. Look up zeitronix. http://www.zeitronix.com/ They have 2 units. 1 that is just a wideband and another that will do more. I have 2 of these now one I log EGT's along with A/F. It uses a Bosh 02 sensor too.
  4. I think the injector 5 and 6 are swapped in the RB26 ecu plug vs the RB20 ecu plug. You can double check yourself it's been a long time since I looked at them. http://www.s-chassis.com/resources/wiki/index.php/Skyline_ECU_Pinouts:_RB20,_RB25,_RB26
  5. With the limited space you have why not go with a water to air intercooler? the piping will be even shorter than stock if you can fit the stock exhaust manifold. You could place the intercooler right over the coil packs and place the radiator in front which would only be 1" thick.
  6. If your going to build a 6 why not just forget the heavy yestertech RB motors and go with a VQ35DE. You would get it all, displacement, weight savings and technology. Since everyone wants to throw in there 2 shillens.
  7. 90mm Ford Lightning maf in a 2.75" pipe. too small needs to be at least 3" or 3.25".
  8. Driftnuttz if you really want a pro to look at the head send it to PortFlow in Southern California. Most of the time the head just needs a good 5 angle valve job to get the CFM's up.
  9. That is my car in the vid. On low boost 15psi my peak power checks in @ 7600-7800 then starts to fall off slowly to 8k. I haven't had a chance to see where the peak is at higher boost because of the maf issue. 25psi on that turbo would mean bigger numbers but I don't really need it, I under estimated this turbo when I picked it lol.
  10. I don't see why it would be hard? 280kw with the right turbo and it's golden. Then again I don't know if he cares about having power lower than 4k rpm. My laggy SC61 pulled 297rwkw @ 7000rpm and 18psi. Would have been more but my intercooler pipe is too small for my maf so it cut out @ 7k rpm vs the 8krpm rev limiter I have.
  11. Don't run a precession SC61 turbo lol.
  12. I have the SRARD 800cc's on my RB20. Injector clips had to be changed.
  13. My friends EVC 6 did the same thing. I looked online and only found that someone said might be bad ground. I think he called HK$ usa when they were open and got a snooty response from the girl that answered the phone.
  14. Whats the highest TP you hit with your MAF?
  15. Or buy these http://www.siliconeintakes.com/product_inf...4e2e926ae2aea30 I have them on my other project car and it works very well.
  16. Wow almost forgot about this thread. Here is mine 296 kw to the wheels on a shit tune @ 16.8 psi
  17. I'm at 296.90kw @ 17psi on my RB20 should over 300 once I get more time to tune it better.
  18. Wow thanks that clears it up a lot for me.
  19. http://www.hksusa.com/faq/?ID=1647
  20. Can a nistune tunner explain to me how the latency settings work? It shows the values in (us) ever time I look at it my head starts to spin.
  21. 95 240sx Ford Lightning MAF blow through, Tomei 270 cams, Tomei valve springs, Tomei headgasket, Rips intake manifold, Protech-fabrication turbo manifold, Stainless 02 housing made by Protech-fabrication, Precession SC61 turbo, Tail 40mm gate, Sard 800cc injectors, Supra TT fuel pump, Nistune Type 2 board, HKS EVC 4 (not hooked up at the time) 398Hp @ 16.8psi Couldn't get my nistune to listen to me so basically it was set for the injectors and maf on the stock map. Ran really rich then started to go lean up top so I'm going to rewire the fuel pump for next time. If I can get control of my map I'm sure I can hit over 400hp at the same boost levels. Pump gas used for the runs.
  22. Got it! damn K-constant didn't adjust automatically had to do it manually but it idles now! dyno time soon.
  23. I had the same problems with my manifold because it was made out of super thick steam pipe. I took all the studs out and installed SR20 studs. Then a little manipulation of the manifold while I'm installing it and it bolts down.
  24. Sounds like whats happening to mine. Have you tried pulling the brake booster vacuum line and seeing if it will fire up and idle?
