Well im getting sent up to mackay tommorrow to deliver a car and im trying to think of what I can do for the many hours of down time I have there. To give you an idea I land at 9am and dont leave till 7.15pm! And only takes 1 hour to do delivery. Thinking bout drinking myself senseless but I have to drive back from brissie airport to home so that rules that out. Any other suggestions would b great

Yup I know mechanics who get excemptions for that reason too but hate to say it is only between work hours. There is the" only car in the household" line I have heard as well. Thing is will only get grief if he acts like an idiot.

Haha yes i know but when the local dealer is charging 5k more for the same product and offering crap service then it is easy to move cars up there. They should be making a killing up there but they dont.

Well due to rules put in place by HSV i have to fly to mackay to hand over a car i sold up there. The choice i got from my boss is fly or drive.... hmm i dont think doing a return trip to there in 1 day sounds like fun. methinks i will be flying.

Before i bought mine i checked on insurance to make sure i could afford it. Im sorry but if your not insured and you drive an import and it gets stolen i have no sympathy. It is shite that they get stolen but EVERYONE knows they are easy to steal so there is no excuse NOT to insure it.

I didnt have a chance to edit post yesterday to add more info. Car is running stock boost, never gone over factory. Factory alloys in very good condition with 225's that are around 5000km old. Clean interior, repainted centre console. Steering wheel has leather peeling a little and the gear and handbrake boots are a little worn. The only bad bits are the turbo gasket is leaking but only when cold, the noise dissapears after 2 mins. i havent replaced gasket yet as i also have a 3" front pipe that i was going to install and do gasket at same time. Small bubble of rust under rear wing on boot lid. And brakes could do with bleeding. Been a very good car and i will be very sad to see it go. Thanks

Hi everyone. Due to unforseen circumstances i may need to sell my car. It is a 1/95 r33 manual coupe in the ever popular white. Has done 125000km Tidy car, stock apart from cat back and kn filter in airbox. Hoping for between 7-8000 but open for offers. i will post pics when i can.
