  1. Phil, I have PMed you before you count me in the 2nd group buy. Please keep in mind. Money ready when you are.
  2. Am looking for front and rear diffs from a standard (non-vspec) R33 gtr. Has to be in mint condition, not worn at all, all bearings should be good. I don't need the front sump but would take it if comes together at no cost, just everything from inside and complete rear diff. Not looking at spending a whole lot, just reasonable prices please. Let me know.
  3. Load the pics so the condition of the actual item can be seen please.
  4. What R34 gtr parts are you wanting? I have quite a few that I removed when I did my upgrades. Let me know.
  5. Mate, shouldn't the company which sold you the car be responsible enough to supply an appropriate lock key? I mean they ought to have used one to get compliance when the car got here so who lost it??? Or if the car did not come with one, then obviously the shop that did compliance has one to have been able to open it. Maybe go check with them, might pay to ask just to be able to use it to get the lock nuts off, shouldn't charge you for that since they did your compliance, uset he name of your dealer who sold the car. Remove your lock nuts and maybe have spares nuts or lock nuts to go on straight away. Replace with new set of lock nuts.
  6. Hey Raween, No mate I haven't done any bodywork nor touched anything on the car to have these wheels and tyres on. Cheers.
  7. A long shot but does anyone have a HKS V-cam step 1 kit available? Seeing that there isn't anyone in Oz who can tune these appropriately to the maximum benefit, maybe someone removed theirs and have it sitting in the shed or someone who bought it but never got around to installing it. Let me know, thanks.
  8. It also depends on the wheel offsets that you are using. I have a V35 Sedan and am running 19s x 9 wide, +32 offset and from memory I have 275 wide tyres all around. I will check tyre size tonight and confirm. I have no issues at all. The fronts are perfect fit, the rears do slightly stick outside the guard by 5+mm. A wheel place will be able to check out what tyre size will fit into your car depending on the wheel size and offset.
  9. Common guys we can make a mini skyline meet out of this. Meet up somewhere in Auckland in the morning, convoy down to Taupo, maybe stop over for snack somewhere. Then full fun day at the tracks, maybe get pizza delivered for lunch. Then once the day is over, convoy back up to Auckland or stay over at Taupo at a hotel/motel, relax and return the next day. Good family fun weekend too.
  10. Hey guys/gals, I am also a member of the NZ Primera Car Club. They are having a track day at Taupo on 2nd Oct on Track 2. It is a good time to test your skills and your car. No one is racing as such and you do what you can within your limits and drive your car at a speed that you feel safe at. Male and females drivers all come together on the day and have fun and that all in a safe environment. Its $100 only for the full day. Good, safe fun. I am taking my skyline down for a blast as we don't get to do this on public roads. Track is the safest place to do this. I see another M35 coming on the day as of now. So if anyone one of you guys are interested, let me know. Will be great to see some more skylines around.
  11. Yes, they are interchangeable between the gtr and two door gtts. Factory gtr has normal lights. LED ones are aftermarket.
  12. Someone said PB2000N in their post earlier, so please ignore my question.
  13. Cheers matey. Can someone confirm which one would be ideal for our cars PB2000N or PB2000H or some other one?
  14. While at it, can someone please take some pics of the PB1000 and PB2000 or is there a website that has it? This would be a good reference for the lot here.
  15. How much are people paying for FM band expandersand installation? Can someone let me know the range? I'll try and help if I can.
  16. Gull 98 all the way for me. Makes the car run way better than any other fuel. Been using that without any cause for concern at all.
  17. Hey Pat, welcome along buddy. You must be a happy guy now. Keen to see your car and details of it mate.
  18. PM me pics with brand and any other details you can give. Am keen.
  19. Yep, will do guys once this nagging rain passes us by. I have been wanting to take some good shots for a while now. The steering is nice and tight and precise as it could be so no complains there, still feels the same at low speeds.
  20. Sorry, my mistake they are 275/35/R19s. The offset is +32 all around so the wheels sit inside the guard in the front really well and around 5mm outside the guard on the rears. I was amazed how they actually fitted without it touching any sides. Its sweet even when turning and driving. Haven't scraped anything uptill now even going over bumps, no bottoming out so don't think it is going to happen in future. I am quite particular on this and do not want to look like some silly "boyracers". The wheels came at mates rates, kinda exchanged for something he needed so cannot really put a price on them. Plus the deal is, if the car is ever sold the wheels go back to him.
  21. Cheers mate, unsure about the brand as they are a special edition GTR wheels, got it off a guy who had it saved when he sold his gtr. It has cheapies on 2 x Nankangs and 2 x Ventus both 275/35/R18, I think. Yep, they are wide. This pic is deceiving in terms of the gap between tyres and fenders guys, it looks not much in the pic. I only noticedt hat after posting the pic. It is actually quite a bit, only a little less than factory gap.
  22. But mate, I was researching on the lowering springs and they do come in lowered ones which wouldn't make the riding harder. Its all about right spring rates when you lower it and need the comfort to remain as much as possible. I wouldn't want to go around bouncing around as well so will do the right thing. Cheers
  23. Ok, I got some 19's over the weekend and put them on. They make the car look way better than the fugly 16s it had before. I would really like to drop the car in height, say about 30-40mm to help it sit right on the road and for looks. Let me know what you guys think? (sorry about the average pic)
  24. Try this lot in Japan. Look for a guy called Matty there, quite helpful. They might be able to get you these. Good luck. www.neweraparts.com www.neweraimports.com www.neweramedia.com Japan Office Tel - Mobile ( Japan ): +81- (0) 90-4133-3825 Fax ( Japan ): +81-(0) 47-307-4678
