I was saying that if they tell HR to pull their socks up and it isn't done in the right way, HR will sue the firm for wrongful termination, harassment etc. They're like that at times.
I spoke to the Partner directly this morning. Caught up for a coffee. This is where he said that he hadn't even seen the CV I sent through on the 12th of August. Problem we have is that HR have said that they will blacklist our company from working with theirs if we send candidates through to Partners directly. It's a shite situation to be in.
