Meals aren't delivered till the meeting is over. People have a couple of beers to make it a little more casual. Meeting is scheduled from 7-9ish depending on what's being discussed. If things are running late, then food will be served during. Lets not forget that some people are coming straight from work and we wouldn't be able to get a venue unless we offered them something in return.
