I have DMAX overfenders and a BN Sports body kit... with custom moulded flares, they arent BN overfenders if thats what you mean. I was gonna go the BN overfenders but price and look deterred me, i dont like the bulged bubble look, I specifically wanted overfenders + flares just for something different. I'll be sure to get some updates up when its painted which should be early feb.

Speaking from personal experience, I have used a fair few Nismo parts and dont have a problem paying the extra due to the extremely high quality of their products. Ive used everything from injectors, fuel regulators, RB26 Plenum, Diifs... each and every product has been a welcome addition to my car and I've never had any problems with. Depending on what your buying there are comparable brands at slightly cheaper prices, do some research, search the forums etc for results based on the particular item you are wanting to buy, and then check out the recommended brands, thats what I'd be doing

Who said it was a GTR its an R32 GTST M-Spec with an RB25DET Conversion. Thats hot... its right hand drive converted, been rego'd in QLD before so no f**kign around with seatbelts etc. The RHD conversion is mint, I know the guy that owns it now and has done for the past 10+ years, mate at my works dad, its just been sitting in a shed. He bought it with the best intentions of fully restoring it and was one of the many who just didnt have the time money or knowledge to follow through with his actions. He paid top dollar and had the conversion done properly drove it stock, then took the engine, gearbox and a few other bits n pieces to just throw in a shell that had already been done, so he's got a roller minus an engine n box, and also missing seat and windshield. Will have pics up of the vette in a couple days as it sits, taking some close ups for my old man to have a squizz at. If you have any more info on that update front and rear fascia would be muchly appreciated, I dont know much about vettes, fairly compitent with the engines and mechanical workings, just body shape year model etc is all abit of a wash to me

Check your Timing Belt Tensioner, they are a spring loaded mechanism from what i remember, if its broken timing belt could be far from taught and the reason you need to run spastic timing, if the covers are on your tuner wouldnt have seen shit.

After speaking with my dad, checking parts availability and price think im pretty set on the vette, the skyline is quick enough in reality, and if i keep pumping money into it, its just gonna be a never ending project that owes me too much money. Gonna take my week off finish it up, get it painted and be happy with the 500+hp it already has. We had a HG Monaro with a supercharged 350chev (street driven) that did 10.8's, joint venture between my dad, myself and my uncle david... my goal is to nail that, i wanna dip under that and ill be happy. My Old Man is not a fan of Jap Cars, like he respects them and appreciates the time effort and money invested in them etc. But he is a yank tank kinda guy, loves his V8's and I wanted it to be a joint venture, he bought the buick and pretty much paid for all the parts so we could build it together, so I was gonna return the favour buy the corvette and pay for the parts so we could work on that together again since the buicks done now.
