Is there a reason you want a laptop over a desktop if you want a laptop for work etc..... get a cheap one and then spend the 2k on a desktop machine as it ill be far superior then the laptop

Hi guys, I'm just wanting someone to confirm that the gearbox below is a RB25det gearbox. I have searched and i am reasonably sure it is but i am just after a second opinion. Thanks in advance

Remember with investment propertys you need to be able to afford to pay the loan repayments in full if it doesnt rent which isnt uncommon (i have seen new homes sit empty for over 6 months)
