dont have a hydrolic jack, but will give it a go with my frame jack. do I jack it off the grooved part of the diff with a peice of wood or after that???

Hope someone has some experience here. My wheel nut has been overtightened and has been lost its hexagonal threading and been rounded off, anyone got any tips on how to get it off. Can I chisel it straight????

Its actually both sides, having a closer look at it, and even the front ones are a little off the top, but they are not really linked to the rear ones arethey?? (by front I mean the ones just before the rear wheel). What are the possibilities of the bushes just being gone and sagging???

Just wanted to get some advise, I am going to get some alloy cradle bushes, but my question is that looking at the cradle it doesnt really sit up against the frame when the car is sitting there. I have attatched a pic of the car jacked up, but even when the car is lowered off the jacks there is still a gap at the top. This cannot be normal and if I put the alloy cradle bushes in then the top ones will fall out (Will get the easy c shaped ones so I dont have to remove the whole cradle). Anyone got any advise, I will need to tighten them up but need car jacks and hydrolic jack as well. Cheers for any input

I have a clunk comming out of my passenger rear, will have a look at it tonight but, does anyone know any good places which deals in aftermarket suspension systems who can have a look/repair it. Taken it to midas before but they really aint good with aftermarket gear. hopefuly around the northshore??? I think my rear left side of my car has been lifting off as I drive into the place where I have been for the last month, so if anyone has any ideas then I will be grateful. Was prob me on the way back from the beach, there is another white one going around my area as well his names simon, but I was on my way home at that time. if you saw it from the back then it would have had a fair amount of black crap on the back around the exhaust.

Yeah your going to need to upgrade your brake booster to 300zx or maybe even R32 gtst, if it fits. You will prob find that the Turbo and non turbo are the same. I know my car has 4 pots on the front from S14 and Z32 2 pots on the rear . The brake booster has been upgraded on my car to 300zx. I am sure there has been a posting somewhere on this website, also check out nissansilvia.com as its prob a bit more common.

hey I got some parts for your conversion that I am trying to sell. I have 2 s14 calipers, 2 rotors, 1 hub and 2 spindles and also two moog ball joints to save you getting the lower controll arms cheaper option. I paid $200 for the ball joints alone and if you buy the front parts from anywhere you are looking at $400. Got pics if you want em as well. $350 the lot.

Couple of things, I would also do the feul filter, In regards to the cage, some places just wont touch it, there are a couple of requirments, such as have cant stick out more than 10 or 15 cm past dash or under it if you get what I mean. Otherwise have a look at RTA website. they will have to engineer it when you get compliance so knock the two birds off with the one stone, and ask around.

I have had a 32gtst, tt300 and the cefiro and they all have done it, if you find out what it is then your up for a noble prise in my opinion. I think its the timing being retarded, or a faulty sensor as latley I havent had it everytime I have started the car when its cold. I did go for a thrash and that seems to help it for a little while. The other thing my car gets is a slight splutter at cold idle as well, so the retarding seems to be right. hope someone fixes this dilema

yeah they come with pads, one side in good nick the other one in reasonable condition although you will prob be worth changing the more worn ones.

trying to keep the together, but will seperate them if I need to, as for the hubs I only have the 1 the other I have used, Its the front right.

I have got L & R side spindles, rotors and calipers and only 1 hub. I have also 2 ball joints for an upgrade to an S13, the original ball joint will shear with different angled spindles. I think for the money it would be hard to go past the RB25 hi flowed. If money is no option then go HKS. I got 2535 and its sweet a little laggy but unbeatable once you get the boost up. But 200kw at the wheels should be acheivable with the hi flowed rb25. you can pick up a cheap HKS used item from lots of places as well. Dont forget on top of that you will need a retune $$$$ and a front mount for good measure and if not already done then exhaust from the turbo, to make the most of it. Have you put bags in it yet ???

Did you ever get those bushes. I was considering getting alloy type for my car anyone grabbed them??? Ive got JIC suspension in my car, so the suspension is like a rock already so I am concerned about it getting even worse.

Ahh I dont know what the rule change will bring I think pre 89 will be ok so that will limit you to 88 which will really limit you. But in saying that if thats not the case then you see a few going around. Dont limit yourself to yahoo also check out some auction sites like providecars.com (got my 300zx off them) highly recomended. You can search through all the cefiros that will come up at auction accross japan, they will be independly accessed also. I Saw an awsome white ceffy with T67 on it looked so sweet, so for sure they will come up again. Patience is a virtue.
