  1. Thinking about buying a savage flux to mess around with.
  2. Not interested anymore, I've decided to put a sports car on the back burner and invest the money it sucks, but it will be worth it!
  3. What do you mean you adjusted the timing and power through the ESC? Spurs are plastic because they are a weak link in the drive train. I'd much rather blow a spur than a diff. If your motor is aligned properly, you shouldn't eat spurs at all, apart from the rare occasion where a rock may get stuck between the spur and pinion. Usually they get spat out, though.
  4. Hey everyone, I've just graduated to my opens and I'm looking for a 180 mainly, but an r32 or 33 would be fantastic, too. I have a coulle of grand to spend plus: A fully rebuilt 2002 kx 125 (I've got another bike so I'm still kawasakirider, haha) Hot rods rod kit All new bearings in the bottom end Wiseco top end V force reeds Fmf fatty Fmf shorty Pro taper fat bars UFO plastics Only broken in since the rebuild, it's a great bike and goes hard. Starts first kick. Also an AU falcon. At the moment the falcon is listed for 3.5k, it's white in colour and in reasonable condition. The bike is 3k I'm after a manual turbo car in any of the 3 I have listed, RWC is not essential, as long as we can arrange a mobile RWC for both cars on the day. The falcon has just had rego put on it. I'm not going to swap the falcon, my bike and all my cash for a complete heap of shit, so show me what you've got and we can negotiate. If the car is right, I'll go all in I'll get pics of the falcon up tomorrow, I'm just on my phone. Pics of the kx will have to wait a little while as I'm located in Bris and the bike is on the sunshine coast. It's a great bike and I love it, but I don't get to ride enough due to where I live and thought it may sweeten the deal and help me hop into a fun car for my opens. PM me for my number, I'm on here daily. Oh one thing, if you have a skyline and you're interested, no 4 doors please. I've driven a family car for 3 years
  5. Srcd has all the info you need. If you really want to drift you should set the car up for CS, where more power goes to the rear than the front, this way you actually have to counter steer. When drifting 50/50 it's far too easy and gets boring.
  6. Lol, no I'm not. Despite my efforts to agree to disagree, he continued. I'm just talking shit for my own entertainment
  7. Cheers You're a farken idiot, you have posted many of your opinions in this thread. Besides that, your comprehension skills are evidently lacking, because I said that you argue with people who have a different opinion to you. I was referring to my opinion that you're a chauvinistic sociopath. An edit doesn't require compulsive posts. You can simply edit. Nah, my frontal lobe may not be developed fully, but my body has and even though I think because of this I'd be safe, I have assessed that a meeting with you to be a bit risky. I don't need a bung.
  8. Your retorts are getting so much better! :action-smiley-069:
  9. I'd love to see what sort of pathetic fuark who calls himself uncle bung while referring to children looks like in real life. Was Dennis_Ferguson taken? Everything you post reveals how conceited you are. The way you present yourself leads me to believe that you're a chauvinistic sociopath. You can't reasonably argue with that (although you will try, because everyone who has an opinion that isn't shared by you, must hear yours), just like I can't argue that my frontal lobe is still developing. On the previous page you clearly display your immaturity by posting 3 consecutive posts and editing them multiple times, all for the sake of a futile argument. None of those posts had anything concise written in them, one could be forgiven for thinking a child was the author of many of your ramblings. The fact that you are so engrossed in such petty things and deem being banned from a forum a "high risk" is disturbing to say the least. I'm going out on a limb here, but if you need help I am more than happy to converse with you and work out an action plan (we will find doctors who bulk bill, retreats that may be within your budget, etc). I do not take mental instability lightly. Because of this I am prepared to bury the hatchet for now, if you would like my help. Young and growing > fiddlebung Is that the sphincter surge sound your bung makes when you get a bit overenthusiastic with the bicycle pump?
  10. It's you who has the problem with comprehension. I have never said I am the worlds greatest driver. It's funny how you speak of your use of the English language and others misunderstanding in one breath, yet your posts are riddled with grammatical errors. I rage and get confused in every thread? Well look on the bright side mate, your stunted intelligence has left you with the imagination of a child, there's always a silver lining.
  11. Your wasteland posts regarding women would indicate the same about you, besides the young part. The frontal lobe not only controls risk assessment, social behaviour is also related to it. Your mysoginistic posts in the girlfriend thread are indicative of the fact that you have trouble restraining yourself. Does that make you a bad driver? No. Unless a female pedestrian stepped onto the road.
  12. Not really, because what some may deem to be a risk, others may not. If my opinion gets me banned, then so be it, I am prepared to accept that consequence. I am not prepared to kill myself, someone else or lose my licence, so I don't drive like an imbecile. My risk assessment is fine. By your logic, someone who buys a lottery ticket has poor risk assessment because they have a good chance of losing money. It may not be a risk to them if they are prepared to lose the $12. We are talking about a specific scenario which is driving on a public road, not typing a post on a forum. I may not have as much regard for my privilege to post on this forum as I do for my own life, that does not mean that I am incapable of assessing risks.
  13. Explain how my posts display a lack of risk assessment? I have said that I follow the laws because I would rather not suffer the consequences of breaking them.
  14. I'm not arguing against facts whatsoever. I understand that in many cases, the developmental stage of an individual's brain may have caused an accident. All I'm saying is that it is impossible to tar everyone with the same brush, because I don't believe that a persons frontal lobe development is the SOLE decider in risk assessment. I'm not saying I don't agree with the p plate laws either, I think it's BS that this bastard could drive an M3 because he threw some coin in the right direction. All I said was that I'd had loved to have had the opportunity to drive the car I wanted on my p's, and I believe I would still be breathing if I did. We are both stubborn, but if you can't concede the FACT that some people, regardless of their age, can assess risks whilst driving adequately, then it's apparent to me that you are an arrogant bloke that thinks you're above everyone. You wanted a public apology, well I'm sorry for the way I flew off the handle. However, I still believe that the majority of P platers out there are capable enough to survive on the road without the need of a miracle. I also believe that there are p platers out there that would survive without one whilst driving a high powered car. How about on this particular topic, we agree to disagree.
  15. Acted out? Lmao. The fact still remains that you are an egotistical prick that thinks anyone who is younger than you or has a vagina is an imbecile. Cowboy - I understand what you're saying and agree.
  16. I am studying a Bsc at Uni mate, I am well aware that at the age of 20 the brain is still developing. However, I can honestly say that this hasn't resulted in me PERSONALLY taking risks when on public roads. I do worry about hurting myself because death is something I fear greatly, I'm worried about hurting/killing someone else and losing my licence. When I hit the track I push the limits on my bike (not to the point where I crash all the time, I've been riding for years) so in some respects, you are right, as I do push the limits when I'm on the bike. Howver, I am fortunate enough to have the sense that there is a time and a place for everything, being an idiot on a public road isn't one of them. The consequences of being a knuckle glazer on the street are more than enough to keep me driving sensibly. As I said before, I usually drive over 100 km per day, sometimes up to 3 times that, as well as drives from qld to Sydney and back numerous times. In my relatively short driving career, I would have almost certainly lost my ticket or became a statistic if I drove like a dickhead for that amount of time. Anyway, I can kiss my P plates goodbye because as of a few hours ago I am officially an open licenced driver. Btw madbung, you're a dead set champion. I sent you a PM trying to clear the air and try to get an agree to disagree out of you, yet you ignore it and still carry on. Take a look at yourself and see who the mature one is.
  17. Whatever mate. There are idiots in every age group.
  18. That looks badass. So much better than stock. I think it's pretty exciting that someone is going to be making another RWD sports coupe. It looks like a modern day car that will be more of a drivers car. There are tons of WRX's that are off their heads, this will be no different. People will modify them and they will be sweet cars. Nissan should do another version of the Silvia.
  19. It is personal when someone generalises every young driver and says they are shithouse. I don't really give a rats ass about P plate laws, I've dealt with them and I get my opens on Tuesday, haven't lost my ticket or anything. It shits me ever so slightly that some prick can drive an M3 on his P's because he has cash. It shits me more that a dickhead on this forum and most other car forums thinks that no one apart from them can drive a car with any sort of competence and age directly correlates with someones ability to judge risks. I understand that the law is there to protect a bunch of idiots, all I'm saying is not every P plater is a high risk driver. I never said we should all be driving 10 second cars that will decimate all once we overnight parts from Japan. I said I wouldn't have minded having a turbo car on my P's, well I actually said "I think I should be able to drive whatever the f**k I want on my P's", but I didn't because I was compliant with the law (although I never really whinged too much about it, because we all have to go through it nowadays anyway). I asked someone to produce statistics stating that the P plate death toll has decreased at all since the introduction of these restrictions and I got heated because madbunguphisasswithanarrayofopinionsrangingfromchauvinistictoeverythinginbetween is a f**kwit that thinks everyone younger than him can't operate a vehicle. I've done my time on P plates successfully, without becoming a statistic and so have millions of others. There are more P platers and young drivers added to the road every single day, so they would make up a HUGE percentage of our driving population, the under 30 age group of drivers has to be greater than other demographics, because it is expanding. Granted, the road toll for young people is probably slightly higher than people over 40, but I'd say that has more to do with there being more 17-30 year olds on the road then there is 40 + year olds. There's no direct correlation between age and being a dumb flamin mongrel. I'm still waiting for someone to show me the figures indicating P plate deaths have decreased since the introduction of power restrictions. I bet tons of you guys had skylines and other quick cars when you were young, if you're reading this you're still alive, so congrats!
  20. You're full of shit. I've just turned 20 and I don't overtake on blind corners, when there's oncoming traffic, speed through built up areas or do whatever else an idiot does. It has nothing to do with age whatsoever, it's the person behind the wheel. I shake my head constantly at ALL forms of drivers, from P platers to old people and everyone in between. The amount of risks I see people taking each day on the road is unbelievable. You know why I don't take risks? Because I value my licence and don't feel like winding up wrapped around a tree or next to a locust on a Peterbilts grill. Your opinion proves that you're nothing more than a stunted malformed nublet with a cock that has receded into his body and eyes that aren't fit to navigate the road, due to old age. f**k up you imbecile, seriously. Your opinions are so bullshit. I guarantee during day to day driving I am as competent and safe as anyone on this forum. I am also onto it when it comes to avoiding accidents, I've had tons of idiots nearly kill themselves and I on the Bruce Highway. When you drive on a stretch of road like that every day for years, you become an alert, competent and safe driver. I've had someone try and steal my rims and my wheel has fallen off at 110 clicks with no room to move and oncoming traffic, I hit the hazards and pulled over smoothly. Plenty of drivers would have freaked the f**k out and crashed. I had semi's on one side and a 30 foot drop into the abyss on the other. I know how to handle shit safely on the road and I don't drive like a f**king imbecile. Pull your f**king head in and stop thinking anyone younger than you is a dumbass. I hope a middle aged bloke smacks into your car while he isn't paying attention. I bet if it happened though, you'd concoct some story about how a P plater took you out while overtaking on a bridge which also happened to be on the crest of a hill I also hope your incontinent bowel causes you to shit throughout the interior of every car you drive. Good day, phaggot!
  21. There are too many f**kwits that think P platers are incapable just because they haven't been on the road for decades, especially when some P platers drive hundreds of KM each day. A hell of a lot of "seasoned" drivers have become complacent and some were shit to begin with. I've ridden motocross all my life and it has taught me to recognise my limits and only push them in a safe environment. To be honest, I think I should be able to drive whatever the f**k I want whilst on my P's, I don't because a licence is a privilege and I don't want to lose it. Has the P plate road toll declined since the introduction of power restrictions? No. Has a falcon, commodore, daihatsu charade etc got the ability to kill if driven like an idiot? Yes. I know boosted cars are easier to get into shit in, but if someone is going to be a big enough knob to get into enough trouble to kill themselves or someone else in a boosted car on a public road, they're gunna do it in a P plate legal vehicle, too.
  22. IF SOMEONE CAN GET IT BY SUNDAY 12/02/12 YOU CAN HAVE IT FOR $350
