seeing tho top feed injectors are easier to get hold of and tend to be a tad cheaper is it worth going one of these top feed conversion rails for r33 or should i just stick to the side feeds

yeah i had read through the mobil1 spec sheet. the 5w30 is equivalent to the old 10w30.

I like the thought of gulf western oils but like you said birds I'll try all diff oils

for one it a rb25det hence why im on SAU more than calaisturbo lol and like i said i need to be very discreet i dont get it given to me i have to pinch it

yeah after doing alot of research on this i have worked out that it wont do harm i just wanted to find the most optimal oil for a rb25det

sorry guys ignore the double posts above. i just spoke to Ross the Gulf Western National Sales manager. the synex6000 is being produced as we speak and will be released to all dealers in 4 weeks time.

seeing tho its free ill try the mobil1 5w30 see how it goes if i dont liek it ill change its only for a short term interval anyway

i wouldnt use the magnatec all the time its just for a short interval til i do my 100 000km service

ok well its a going to be a short interval due to it needs a 100 000kms service in 4000kms time. i also have a bottle of 10w40 magnatec in the garage that i bought for my girlfriends car and never used it would this be ok to run in it for a short amount of time

i work at city motors. so in other words everyone you would give the 5w30 a miss. it was only a option as i can get it cheap

yeah i get it for free but i was worried about it being a little to thin most people seem to use 5w50 from mobil1 but we dont use that here in our HSVs

hey guys i have done a bit of research in the goods on oils thread however no answer on what im after. i work at a HSV dealership and can get my hands on Mobil1 fully synthetic 5w30 oil. will this be suitable for my rb25det with roughly 100 000kms and a stock turbo
