Ive got 18" HR Racing (chromie) rims on my white R33- I think they look pretty sweet - but thats just my view of course---- :wavey:

Starting using Optimax but now only use Ultimate cos I read somewhere, not sure whether it was this forum or another one, that Optimax is only 95, and they put some sort of additives in it to bring it up to 98... Knowing my luck it is probably an urban myth, but must admit I get better mileage and performance outta the Ultimate.... BTW - lots of people here in Canberra call Optimax 'Crappymax' :-)

I ended up getting Ed at Tez to source the whole unit and fit it ---- took a few days if I remember for the part to come in and about 15 minutes to fit it.... Stay away from Evo - they wanted to charge me $400 just for the unit

I have a 93 R33 GTST too - tho I only get about 330 - 340 kms at a PINCH from a tank - I ALWAYS try and put BP Ultimate in it and stay right away from 'crappymax' (Optimax) Yeah I give it a little bit of a bootfull every now and then but mostly I don't drive it that hard------ Oh - and I only fit in about 45litres?? 400 around town?? I WISH... Have never heard any of the strange sounds you mention.... Warning light (fuel) ??? WTF?????? Do R33s have them???

Ok - a question from a red-faced newbie----as you can see I am not a mech-head!!! My r33 is fairly stock - 'cept for aftermarket BOV and 3 and a half inch exhaust (18" rims and turbo timer as well) Neyways - what is the 'safe' limit to take the stock turbo (and intercooler) to when planting the old foot a rooney???
