ive always put 98 in it but ive been traveling alot and using it as a daily so i figured 95 would do. its got stock ecu ill go back to 98 i guess and see what happens.

hmm not to sure ay, might take it to my mechanic in wollongong. dads pretty cluey hes usually 90% right. how did you know there were no nuts on the shocks?? i didnt even know they werent there till i just looked. where do i get a couple nuts for it??? ive never regod this car so not sure what needs to be done. hoping itll just pass lol. hmmm that sucks. not to keen to pull stuff apart sigh lol. seals/gaskets cost to much!!

thanks for the advice jon im using rbf600 already and have just put it through my brother and sisters bfs cars this weekend ready for the track thats a great list of parts and reccomendations! ill check out the bushes before i go alignment is going to be done before i go too. track wheels and tyres will have to wait hehe, suprisingly didnt lose much tread at all last time i did wakie. rotated tyres on sat as i hadnt did that since last track day. looking at it they look like theyd last 2-3 more days, (my place is barely big enough to keep a 1400kg jack so a spare set might be tricky hah.) what do you think of the qfm a1rms brake pads?? rotors would be a great upgrade if i got some nice cross drilled hmm if im going to keep doing this i got a big shopping list hah. better break the news to the MRS that we wont be buying a house for a while lolololol.

just called hunter thomas automotive (not sure if i spoke to paul, was an older sounding bloke) and booked in a rego check as its due. think a rego check would fail if there is a ticking noise?? generally theyd only fail it for oil leaks and brakes and what not wouldnt they? dad said its a valve hitting on something (cant remember what he said it was) and told me to ask you guys (will ask in proper section if no love here) if the lifters are adjustable on a RB25DET its a Neo s2 if that makes a difference.

Hey guys, i can hear from what sounds like a noisy valve in the plenum/intake manifold. before i take my daily apart i wa wondering are there rubber seals there or will i need to buy/make a new gasket? its a 2000 model so if its a rubber seal maybe i wont need to replace it? if i do where would be a good place to get one?? (NSW)

Where are you located mate?? How many ago was te engine rebuilt?? Does the major service mean 100k service?? (timing belt etc)

that shouldnt matter as no one should be breaking any laws on an SAU cruise.
