  1. Yeah guys I was wondering if anyone know what the part # is of the nismo big clutch slave cylider for the R32 GTS-T. Nengun dont have it listed but I still believe you can get them for the Rb20 box. Is it possibly the same as the GTR R32? Cheers !!
  2. I am staying at a mate house in Hamilton (North city/suburbs) Cheers!
  3. Yeah Sure am. I was thinking of see who wants to go a pub friday night? Somewhere in the city. Any ideas?
  4. Getting close now. I leave at 10:30 pm tonight. Can't wait I'm all packed up and ready to rumble.
  5. It should fit the R33. When I bought mine it came with fitting instructions saying s13,R33, R32 all in japlish. Is it the RS type or MZ type?
  6. Different diffs will need different oils. I am just telling people about my troubles and my soltions to the issues. No lies just what I did and what outcome I had. I agree that penright may not be the best brand around for oils but in this instance it worked out great. I have had a search and KAAZ and Nismo diffs recommend the 80w90 weighting so I think the cusco RS diff in my r32 will be ok.
  7. Well I would try the "SIN 75 or sin 80" these oils are synthetic and are GLI 4 and 5 complient so I would not use it to be braking in the diff but after that I dont see it being a problem. Make sense to me as a thinner oil would penitrate the plates of a tight lsd better than a thicker oil.
  8. The oil I used is meant for LSD's. It is designed to work for any gearbox / differential (includeing lsd's) that require 75w90 or 80w90. It has worked the treat so I don't see it being a problem.
  9. I went full nismo mounts. They are much stonger than the stockers. They are solid not silicon filled. Straight OEM part fittment.
  10. Well I just had a win with the diff. I decided to go with an oil change and my god the difference is insane. I was using the incorrect oil weighting (90w140 I think) and I just changed it to penrite "sin 75" (75w90 synthetic oil). The diff is silent with no chattering or clunking. Its nice and tight yet really smooth. I feel like a real mooron
  11. So what sort of track meets do you guys have?
  12. I work in the radio/microwave communications game as a technician. Been in this field for about 6 years now. Did my time as an apprentice in Townsville for 4 years and I have spent the last 2 in Sydney working for a company called Vertel. I'm getting back to my bread and butter in Brissy with conventional radio again. I'll be setting my roots down in Brissy.
  13. Yeah I'll be getting into the Skyline scene once again. I really think its time I became an official member of SAU (QLD of course).
  14. Welcome to inflation. Things are like that everywhere now. The 2 bedroom flat my wife and I rent in Sydney is $315 a week and thats a good price for round 20 mins from the city via train. I'm staying with a mate so I'll check out the housing market once there.
  15. Can't be much worse than Syndey. If you can live there you can live anywhere I recon. Rents are up in Brissy from what I here but our rent has gone up a bit over the last 18 months Sydney aswell. Vote #1 for piss up!
  16. Well it's official now guys! I took a job offer and I will be up sometime between the 12th and the 22nd of October. I'm getting excited now!
  17. I went the wife instead of the second car.
  18. Yeah but the GTS-T has RWD disadvantage and @ 17 psi it struggles for traction in the 1st 2 gears.
  19. D2 and G4 are essentially the same units just rebadged and different colours. They are cheaper entry level units and the spring rates are a bit on the hard side for the road. I've stuck with my d2's now for a while but I have down rated my spring rates and they are better now. If you could afford it I would go witth Tein ss or the whiteline kits.
  20. I would think the best option for what you want would be the HKS 2530 Kai. The HKS GTRS is a less responsive turbo but the mid range and top end is amazing. Maybe consider getting the GTRS and add a 256 deg poncam aswell?
  21. On a stock ecu you'll be lucky if it starts. Way too lean.
  22. Well I'll be. Long time no see mate! What are you up to these days?
  23. Well I've got two real good job leads in Brissy so it looks like (fingers crossed) I'll be on my way very soon. I'm origionally from Townsville (NQ) but I have been living in Sydney for the last 2 years. I've done quite a bit of traveling for work to most of the OZ capitals and I would have to say Brissy is the place to be. The weather is good for most of the year and the people are friendly and layed back. What sort of things can I get up to for fun round the area? Cruizes, Pubs, clubs, resturants, etc.
