if you dont want to spend much your better off getting your standard turbo's highflowed or looking out for a set of 2nd hand n1's or high flowed standard turbo's. If you look around you can pick up HKS 2530's for around the 3500-4K mark. For brand new roller bearing garrett's your still looking at around 3500-4K all up depending on where you get them anyways. a T04 would cost a fair bit more as you'd have to get a manifold, external gate, and all associated piping made up.

Just looking from a different angle, if you are shooting for that amount of power the turbo your going to use obviously isn't small. It may be a good idea to upgrade the cams in order to help spool up the turbo/turbo's you choose to use in order to get a more drivable result. I'm going for a similar combination at the moment and aside from cleaning the head up a little im leaving it alone except for the parts i need to replace for the cams im planning to use which are both around the 270 degree 10.5m lift specs.
