The Ebay IC cooler kit I got for my VL didn't have this either, I just made a cone out of wood and bashed that into the pipes to put a flange on it... Good times...

just to satisfy my curiosity, how did you manage to loose your brake res cap while bleeding the brakes? Surely it's with in a 1m radius of the car unless some random little dog came and stole it and took off down the street.

Hey Guys, I thought this would be relevant to a few people around these traps. So, you've got a R33 with a stock bonnet, you're doing track days so you need a secondary bonnet restraint. This is how you do it Step 1. Buy this junk. 1x Meter of 3mm galvanised chain. = $3.77 1x Snap Hook 60x6mm = $4.18 2x D shackle 5mm = $1.47 I got mine from Roberts Hobart on Collins Street. I cut my chains so one was 48cm long, and the other was 17cm long. Loop the long one through the top holes, I used a piece of wire to help pull it through. Loop the short one around the bracket that holds the stock latch in position. I could poke mine through the radiator shroud because it was already damaged, you might need to be a little more crafty. Then clip the Snap Hook onto one of the ends and it's all done. I hope this helps a few people.
