I lost 8kg in 6 months by Not eating the Dinner Leftovers and I Replaced my Smoko Chiko Roll with Fruit.
That is really all I changed.
My Cholesterol also went from High to Normal. (+ medication)
Blood Pressure Remains High.
On the Sleeping / bedtime thing, I am rearly in bed before 11pm and my alarm goes off at 5:30am, start work at 7am and finish at 3:30pm.
With the amount of waking hours spent doing someone elses bidding + the commute to and fro and the sleeping in preparation for another day of dedicating my time to someone else, I want as much of my own time as I can get.
