Dunno if Paint Stripper would work? But you can get a gel paint stripper that clings better than a liquid. 1 Litre was less than $20 at Bunnings... maybe even under $15.

Thanks for that Richard. Very Cool. Temps? My oil Temp was getting up around 95 on my work commute a few weeks ago... Doesn't get much over 70 now. Ambient Temps affect things more than you think. I don't sit idling on cold start but I change gear no higher than 3000rpm til over 70 on oil temp. Well, a combo of oil pressure and temp. Need to hook up my water temp gauge properly for more information. Just can't be stuffed cutting Radiator hose etc...
