Mona, measure your diff from the back to the front - and tell me what points you used as reference - then count the bolts that are used on both the front shaft and the half shafts. I will measure the length of mine and we will have an answer I promise.

I think they are 1.5 way stock rather than 2 way. Also I have spoken to people who have done this and it was very much worth their while. They also replace the clutch packs in them I think. I have just put an R32 GTR diff in my car and am waiting for a track day to test it's condition. If it's a bit tired I will be doing this for sure.

Two things. 1. A lot of people think they have stuffed wheel bearings in their Skyline but it turns out to be something else. It could be but they are definitely one of the over engineered parts of the car. 2. Once you see one you wont be complaining about $80. They are big, not to mention important. Bigger than most other wheel bearing I have seen.

To get a L2S licence you need to be a member of a CAMS affiliated club like SAU or RENEW, then you pay $85 to CAMS for the licence and they send it to you.

Crap removed from the thread. This is not a whore thread people. Jess is asking for volunteers for the Show and Shine to do some of the social type jobs. She wants some girls so that they can all go around in a group together for moral support. The idea of a promo girl you get from Autosalon and the like is out the window. I have my suspicions about that yellow one. New engine and respray 2 years after manufacture says serious crash to me. He's already looked at the silver one. He hasn't told me what he thinks about it except to ask me to find others for sale. I think maybe he thinks it's overpriced. The green one does come with full service history and log books. 2 owners. 1st had it as one of a stable of about 8 cars, 2nd owner had every fluid replaced as well as the bushes and even did the timing belt despite only having very few k's on it which is probably a good sign. That was James, I think he had a straight through pipe. The point is that the exhaust has to exit outside the car. You can't just dump it out somewhere half way along the length of the car. Also I guess cos he was an organiser he got away with it a bit.
