I am hoping to compete in Dutton - NSW round in November in my R32 GTR, If that falls through will definately be competing in 2009 and hope to do a interstate round. Would love to try a Targa as co driver or navigator but think I am a couple of years off that yet. Actually would love to just go to spectate!! What is Mt Buller Snowy? Greg was telling me Indy Rally in QLD was suppose to be pretty good http://www.motoringevents.com.au/tdc/index.htm its next month and half the price of dutton wish I knew about it sooner!

What a fun filled day! Well done to all the entrants was great viewing and there wasn't a dull moment I think it's awesome how many interstate entrants and spectators were there. Was nice to catch up with some of the SAU Vic crew and Adz you're wide body R32 is off tap, Love it coming over the bridge sideways was awesome!! Well Done Greg & Benny for the win on best present car...Autosport FTW!! I think the day went well, But the event is in desperate need of more officials..in the pit lane area and out on the track. As Roy said some people forget what they are watching and it can be a bit dangerous at times if you are not watching with tyre rubber coming over the wall. Also what is with some of the cars windows blowing out going down the straight? Is that what happens when you get the perspex type windows put in..Look like the cars had wings and must be distracting to the driver..I seen it happen on the Hi Octane GTR everytime it came down the straight Was upsetting to see Johns GTR with the panel damage..It was a gorgeous car I hope they get it fixed up and will see Craig and John out on the track again I think I might enter the next superlap to give it a go, Were there any girl drivers on the day??

Good Luck with the build Sean I have just done a freshen up with mine How did you find the turbo upgrade before the engine came out..from the N1's to the 2530's..your dyno figure is awesome and I am looking for the same sort of power figure but dont want laggy turbos to get me there..

Would be cool, but doubt it will happen as all the tree huggers will be up in arms about all the trees that need to be taken out I do like the street circuit as grew up in SA so what I am used too.. I guess we wait and see

If there was a motorkhana to enter I would seriously reccomend DECA!! I know its a trip but you will see what I mean if you ever enter one! They are off tap and well worth it! November ....... SA SAU FTW!!!

Nice..I am itching to see this car in the flesh! Andrew seems pretty cool as into the motor sport pretty heavily! HI5!! My semis are nearly on wear ban and the A048S become greasy after 5 hard laps not up to 15minute sessions..but makes it interesting I think he should invest in lap timer and in car camera! haha would of like to see the Lambo drivers face with a GTR coming up behind him!! Stalking is fun !

Nah he is really cool what you could learn from him is amazing..A really nice guy in person A guy brought out a masarti *spelling* at the driving training day LOL ($160K Car) and Luff got in and showed him what it was capable of! I think that was a lot of show and his extreme side of his personality

OMG you did!!! HI5!! SAUVics are the best bunch of people and they have the best facility (DECA) at Shepparton!! I will be doing a DECA in Nov hopefully!! So this topic has gone quiet again I really hope you guys can find the people that are willing to be on a committee and get together and get this off the ground SASAU FTW!!

Have any of you SA peeps heard about "Superlap"?? http://superlap.com.au/ Was a bit disappointed to not see any SA workshops on the entry list Would think that there would be some really good workshop cars/ individual owner cars to represent SA floating around It's the first time a "timeattack" event to happen in Oz and we are following in the Japs footsteps ..Going to be off tap to see so many Oz cars coming out to battle for the fastest cars in Oz!

Yeah for sure and to rip it up on Malalla!! Will do later this year, dam petrol prices but I could just tune it for 91 *starts planning trip* Will keep an eye on this thread, who are the training drivers going to be??? I went out with Ian Luff and CO. (blood,sweat and gears show) last driver training day..it's amazing to see those guys show you what your car is capable of and that you can drive them like that and go so quick with so much grip at the same time!

Thats the reason why I don't like crossed drill seen "cracking" happen a bit but was only with the 4000 series..but thats only what I have seen.. But I like slotted works for me and when there are no slots anymore you know its time for new rotors I am really hard on brakes as well so my rotors have done well to put up with me from general driving and about 10 trackdays/supersprints
