So opinions... +15 or +20? I'm buying these wheels interstate, so I can't even look at them first! I just want to do it right the first time...

Sorry to ressurect an old thread but which would you guys recommend for an S1 auto RS four; 17x9 +15 or 17x9 +20? I don't want to modding guards. I just want to bolt the wheels on and enjoy. thanks for your help!
  3. Of course it's not a Stagea meet. It would be a good opportunity to show up in force in a few Stageas. People would certainly notice! It's not just for Antilag members. Anyone is welcome so I've been told.
  4. Maybe we should get a Stagea contingent down to check this out... Dyno tuning day 20th February 2011 First run 9:30am 10 Blamey Place O'Connor Apologies if I've breached some sort of copyright, but it's FREE advertising...

Crap I thought GTR wheels were +18 or something close to that... I actually have a set of staggered 18's that came off of one of my Starions, (with spacers), for a Skyline etc.. but being staggered, the ATTESA will probably have issues with them...
  6. Bah! If only this was in Perth..!

I'm going to go for 17's, probably a 17x8 if I can get them. So would +20 to+34 still be about the right offset for an auto S1? I'm looking at stock GTR 17's, or something similar...

I get quite irritated at people doing under the limit in the right lane, and I'll let them know if I'm able. It seems that a lot of these offenders, come from countries where the right lane is the slow lane, ie. they drive on the right side of the road normally.
  9. I pulled up alongside a Volvo wagon last week in basically the same colour, (burgundy), and thought a photo of the 2 cars together with the caption "Same same" would've been perfect!
  10. Chuckie, Parkside didn't make/supply them when I called on tuesday. Obviously they've stopped since you last heard which is a real bugger! I was hoping to find someone in WA, but it's proving to be fruitless!
  11. Yeah I've had a bit of a look, and found some people's cars with towbars on them, but no conclusive info. I might PM people direct to see where they got their bars from and details... I found the one in NZ too online, but I'm going to use that as a last resort. Thanks for the reply dude
  12. Hey everyone! Anyone know where to get a Stagea towbar, even if it has to fabricated I don't mind. I've had one quote for $1400 for a 1200kg capacity bar, but that seems like a bit too much. Surely there are more realistically priced options out there..? I'm in WA, but if someone has a ready made one, then I'd be happy to buy it from wherever. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  13. I've only had my Stagea for a week and a half, and I might be keen for the next one. I guess sunday is probably the best day for most people. I've previously planned car cruises, so if anyone wants any suggestions on where to have a BBQ etc, just ask me...
  14. Hi all, My name's Jay and I live in Perth. I've just bought my first sensible (cough) car. A 1997 Stagea RSFour. 111,XXX Kms Auto Everything works Sooo nice to drive Very comfy Quiet! I'll probably change the wheels for something bigger and more dishy, maybe throw an exhaust on it, and at next service chuck a K&N airfilter in it. It's going to need a towbar as well, plus since it has lowered springs, I might get some standard ones so that I can actually use the towbar properly, and so the ride isn't so jiggly. Other than that, I shall drive and enjoy...
