Build Thread: Adam's Nissan Stagea C34
Run-It-Hard replied to Run-It-Hard's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
taken from my blog This S14 is in fact my fiancés car. She’s owned it for about 3 years now and has slowly modified it to her style. Last night JDMST had a EOMM (End Of Month Meet) on and our initial plans were to take the Stagea, but I wanted to do something else … I wanted to put my wheels on her car and see how they looked, and well the pictures speak for themselves I think. It was quite a last minute thing, I think I decided to swap the wheels over at about 3pm. For a slap on job I think they look amazing! with a bit of dialing in they’d look even better! Don’t know whether to leave them on her car now or to find a similar wheel, they look much much better on hers then the Stagea. Funny thing is Julie doesn’t really fancy meshy style wheels, I think now she has grown fond of them. You know, if she let me drive her car more often, I probably would of bought a Zenki myself. -
Saw a white RS260 on cumberland highway yesterday around 5pm. Then saw a silver M35 at Eastern Creek around 6pm. Then saw two S2 Stageas at JDMST EOMM tonight.

Seeing that the car is going in a different direction, it's time to let go of my beloved wheels. They are Konig Afterburners, 20x8.5 +40 at the front and 20x10 +35 at the rear. They are also 5x114.3 stud pattern. The titanium is basically like a rainbow, amazing to view in person, and through out certain lighting etc. I purchased these wheels early last year and have had many compliments about them, and now they are no longer sold in Australia in this size/offset, so nows the chance to grab some sick, unique wheels! One front tyre has mad camber wear, while the other one is sweet. Rear tyres are practically new, we replaced them 3 months ago. Can get tyre sizes if needed, I've forgotten them. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. The wheels are located in the Liverpool region, We are after $2200 ONO. Contact via PM Lowballing will be ignored, thanks.

Confirmed it last night out on the skidpan... leaking somewhere from the front drivers side and trickles back the the rear drivers side. I'll get around to looking for it soon enough, at least I've pinpointed where it's actually coming from now (kinda).

S2 C34 Stagea Exhaust Question
Run-It-Hard replied to tuff32's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I was led to believe the R33/R34 dump pipe is the same, and will fit both S1 and S2 Stageas? This will answer all your questions http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/101666-split-dump-pipe/ -
Stuff knows, I'll need to sort it though, I hate the musky smell! It's quite damp in the wet, I noticed that the front had a tiny little spot that was a little wet, so you could be right.

I think we should sticky this thread, and pile up all the fixes we've done in here. For now I've just left out the floor mats and I'm waiting for the water to come about again. It's the rear floor section for me =/

Last tank I got 300km from 50L (roughly 16L/100k). Mixed driving, probably babied it the first quater and got 150km or so then it all went down hill as I came on boost more often. It's a little better then what it was before I swapped the 02 sensor, was hoping for a tad more though.

Work Vs-Kf - Burning Black

Jesus! I'd be keeping them forever too, but we gotta do what we gotta do GLWS! -
Wow, so I'm guessing Stags leaking is a bit of a common problem. Is there any way to access the sunroof drain holes? Is it possible to clean them out ?I should check those grommets out, I don't have the wheel arch cover anymore.

I think my plan of action is to rip the seats and carpet out, get the hose on the car for a few minutes and see if anything happens haha. What a pain! It's raining pretty hard today, I wonder if the floor is damp now, or only when I drive, hmm. Just came back from driving to the lunch shop, no dampness anywhere ... even with heater on. I do remember it gets quite damp after a night on the skidpan, seems like starts right at the back of the transmission tunel and trickles to the floor, but I'm talking right at the bottom of the tunnel.

Yeah I do, but if that were to happen wouldn't I see some dampness around the roof lining? Passengers haven't noticed any dripping water on them either haha. any idea to what the thread name was? I can't find squat. Interesting, I think I read about that before, just can't find the thread. Keep the ideas coming! Hopefully I'll get it sorted over the weekend. EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to mention that I have a C34 (for those that don't know).

I barely touch the A/C, and I didn't think the A/C ran to the back of the car? sure doesn't look like it. it gets damp right after the first row of seats.

Hey guys, I've noticed an annoying problem arise with my Stagea lately. At first I didn't even notice until I had that musky smell (I have original floor mats), but I have water getting into the cabin somehow! Point where it looks to be leaking is the rear passenger footwells, can get pretty damp at times too. Also seems that both drivers and passenger side up front was/has been getting a little wet. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem before, I really don't know where to start looking I might have to rip the carpet out and have a look under the car with the hose, fun times... Any ideas guys?

Build Thread: Adam's Nissan Stagea C34
Run-It-Hard replied to Run-It-Hard's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
The last day of the holidays hey? better make it semi-productive I thought. So outside I wentto get rid of the rear badges on the Stagea. The tools I used for the job was a bit of fishing line, and a heat gun. The heat gun was used to soften the adhesive and the line cut through it to get the badge off. Some cars have locating pins on the back of the badge, which means you could be left with a few holes in the boot lid. Thankfully the Stagea isn’t one of these cars. Looks nice and clean at the back now, I’m not much of a fan towards badges all over the place. Considering how the average person has no idea what my car is, I’d prefer to keep it that way, haha. -

I’ve been chillin’ out this Easter long weekend, you know bumming around at home and doing some much needed relaxation. Anyway today I decided that I’ll give the Stagea a wash seeing that I haven’t really given it a nice scrub before. -
All depends on the parts on the car. I recently parted out my MX-5 and made more money then what I would have if I were to sell it complete (the car is back to stock now). But I had A LOT of rare parts on the car. All my parts went pretty much within the week I listed them up.
