  7. my car got through regency with the HKS pod, it is bolted down and shielded (they were in a good mood i guess) hide the turbo timer under the dash (and turn it off)where you cant see it unless you pull apart the panels you should be able to do the changes your self
  8. R32's are abit squeesy if ya fairly big, R33's have more room for larger people
  9. the STi had a exhaust, and i have a POD (shielded) and big stainless cat back zorst and stock boost i think alot of it had to do with gear ratios, on the STi they are so close.
  10. i think rust is common on the seal panels they are not bad on fuel when driving softly, but i used a few hundred dollars worth of fuel in the first week i got my R33 (i couldnt get out of it)
  11. i had a rolling start drag with a new STI the other day in my R33 and i was pulling away from it, WRX's arnt that quick after they launch imho

  15. damn i missed it! whens the next one???
  16. the noise is actually coming from the bearing that is attached to the metal arm that is coming out of the bell housing. its a bearing that sits against your clutch and as the clutch spins so does the bearing, sometimes they get noisy but nothing to worry about. you could replace it but its not worth it unless your going to change your clutch because the whole gearbox will have to come out the slave clyinder is the part that pushes the arm that disingages your cluch so if your clutch is pressed in (disingaged the clutch) the bearing wont spin hence it wont make a noises
  17. most dyno runs are usually done in third i think
  18. but i dont have a GTR kit
  19. they r a bitch most of the time my 33 got through with a pod filter (with division), zorst after market momo wheel (and other stuff) had to take off the turbo timer though. other people cant get it through with that stuff
  20. this is the throw out bearing, dont worry about it much it just becomes annoying. as for the other squeaks most of them are you pedals, like mentioned spraying wd40 on the springs and hindges usually works
  21. why dont you buy new shocks?
  22. who came to that conclusion, because it certainly wasnt me
  23. dont worry too much the rubber gasket might need replacing but most likely the bolts are just getting loose, so just tighten them up (but not too much) *EDIT* i would take off the cover clean it up (and the head) and replace the rubber seal
