R33 KP4 = Sonic Silver KL0 = Spark Silver KN6 = Dark Grey R32 KG1 = Jet Silver Metallic KH2 = Gun Grey Metallic KL0 = Spark Silver Metallic so KG1 would be a R32 colour, it most likely will be KP4 or KL0 i may be wrong yeah but best to just check your vehicle identification plate

i did a oil change and that didnt fix it, when you listen closely it seems to only be coming from one lifter (maybe two seeing as they are close together), i was thinking of replacing it but then i know i must take out the cam, and then i will notice wear and it will probably turn into a big progect not a bad idea warpspeed, i could do it myself but for now i think i will put up with the light ticking noise BTW i dont do all work on my cars myself i never let a mechanic try and talk me into some crap i dont need

Oh, the R32 RB26DETT uses shims to adjust the gap so i wrongly assumed that the RB25DET would be the same. So does this mean i would have to buy a new set of RB25DET lifters if thats the problem?, if so where would i buy them from?....nissan? they would charge a packet

my valve train is getting alittle noisy on my R33 RB25DET, i am going to check the clearances so does anyone know the clearance?, i know the R32 RB26DETT is 0.05mm thanx in advance

yeah, maybe, where is boostworks? my clutch is making some wierd noices at the moment (thrust bearing i think) so we'll see

if the smoke was dark, are you sure its not running very rich and needs tuning? and wouldnt start because it was runnig so rich it was flooded?

is the engine standard or modified

yeah i was stuck behind a couple geminis and a pulsar everywhere, that made the cruise even worse also a few people put there foot down (a bit)as they were leaving the carpark, and the cop was taking down there rego's

ive had my R33 at about 200kph in 4th, i read somewhere that the r33 gts25t can make 250kph. there was a magazine article on top speed of cars and the monaro CV8 did make 270kph

yes the R33 does have electronic HICAS, that looks similar to Demon Dave R34's HICAS i would take a pic but i dont have a digi cam
