I'm a resident and i can tell you that if you do the right thing when you drive through, you should be fine... there are still a lot of idiots that come this way just to be hektik but the police know what to look for. There will be, at that time, a police car at both ends of Bay St. in the hub of BLS. The right turn on Grand Pde is closed off to deter the "happy lap" culture and three streets that are left turns from the left turn you are forced to take, are closed till 2am. If you want to get back through you'll have turn left AFTER the Shell. You know about the foggies, and keep the DOOF to a minimum. That is all.
