i think security is right i'm getting the apartment not so much for capital growth but for rental return basically, with the rent being paid, i will be getting the apartment for less than 1/2 of the price in the city, as long as there is the cbd and there are students, i think it will rent out ok

I'm thinking of getting an apartment there and renting it out. Want to see what the average prices of rent for 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments are and whether it is worth it get a 2bedroom over a 1 bedder. Do they go fast? or they do rent out slow? Any advice would be great Cheers

Looking to upgrade my car from a GTT to a v35 and also at the same time buy an r34 GT for my brother Before I do that I need to get rid of my current car which I will be putting it up for sale/trade. Just wanted to ask if anyone has or know anybody who has sold/traded their cars at an import car yard? There are plenty of these on Parramatta road but do they all buy/do trade in?? I understand that they’ll usually try to rob you blind but just wanted to hear from someone’s experiences Looking at the private car market, selling a car is too time consuming (organising to meet, time wasters, risk of getting jacked) and in the end, it seems like many sellers have to drop the price considerably anyways. heya few mates of mine are planning a trip down to melb in the next week or so but i have a few questions on getting there we are planning to drive down and 2 of my mates are p platers ( 1 with s15 and 1 with wrx). will there be any problems driving their cars in melbourne seeing they are p platers and there is a power restriction law there? or is that law only for vic p platers? we all have nsw licenses thanks Eric

Hi I have the Evc 5 (USA) Evc 4 (JAP) installed in my GTT I set up the controller as per instructions and it is overboosting Does adjusting the offset do anything? I would expect that the standard offset of 100 would work fine The hoses i'm certain are done correctly and the ebc is set to SW at the back for internal wastegates. There are no leaks and cracks on the hoses (im pretty certain) Cheers Eric

i'm trying to install my evc. i notice that there is a 6mm hose coming off the black pipe going towards the intercooler (this is one of the hoses connected to the metal T piece going towards the stock solenoid) Is this "compressor outlet pipe before the intercooler"? sorry, no pictures =? hi everyone just got myself an evc5 and at the back of the stepper motor there are 3 hoses 1) Connect to intake manifold uninterrupted intake manifold pressure source after throttle body (e.g. compressor bypass signal line) 2) Source of pressured air such as turbocharger compressor housing 3) Wastegate actuator Can anyone confirm which of the following should be plugged into the: (line going into the plenum where my boost guage is), (the hoses which goes to/from the standard solenoid) Its a rb25det neo by the way Cheers Eric
