Hmmm...if u look at the r32gtr, the vspec and vspecII seem to fetch more than a standard BUT nowhere near as much as an ADM gtr, so yes I agree and disagree with you
anything that is limited in no's/production will always increase in value & the r34vspecII qualifies as an icon/collectors car.
standard run of the mill gtr however depreciates
does anybody know what this plate is for?
i am referring to the blue compliance plate which sits directly above the engine cover, on the firewall.
i dont have this on my adm & ive never seen it on any other adm gtr...just curious?
very observant!
this is the only place it fouls on the gtr, against the strut towers...regarding full lock though, this would not be a concern for any circuit car BUT street yes.
im running 10inch front & rear & have plenty of clearance, from memory about 1 inch. wheels sits nice & dont stick out
they are fat wheels!
have you seen the veilside r32gtr? there is a mob in in UK from gtr forums who still offers this kit & he squeezes 14inch wheels on the front & rear - now that is FAT!
it is a good question, how did they fit large wheels without massive guards on the supra?
another great find bob!
i ordered the godzilla book from pitstop, there is a backlog but should expect a copy within 2 weeks as they asked "is this is a xmas present?"...well...it is so im not lying
how about some pics of your black gtr? those wheels look very interesting
bit of an open ended question...what are the significant changes between the 09, 10, 11 & MY12?
im over hearing about the stigma that the earlier r35's have weaker transnmissions...i was told the LC was too aggressive/high revs which caused this?
i also watched an interview of a nissan executive who explained that the LC was designed for offroad/loose terrain only & NOT bitumen - to me it sound like an outclause for the warranty claims in 08/09
now knowing the service cycle of an r35 (first service was free, 10k $1000, 20k $1600, 30k $2000), how does this compare to the m3 in terms cost - out of interest? ive been in war with a friend who likes his euro cars
^ good post as ive been hearing around the traps that u need about 10k p/yr to maintain an r35, that sounds rich to me!
in terms of depreciation - an r35 will still cost you double that of an r34, still hover over 110k
