It's got a good reputation so I plan on seeing it myself I've done 1 Trackday, at Wakefield, which taught me a lot about car control and once I had the instructor onboard, racing lines. As for prep, an oil change before and after is advisable, and for SDMA, you would want high tyre pressures as you have little opportunity to warm them up. Brakes would be more of an issue at Wakefield, higher speeds and harder stops (cooked my oem pads at Wakefield), but youd want to do regular brake bleeds. That's all the advice I can give, but I'll be there tomorrow
